Sarah Palin is not 'committed to running' for president in 2012, White House bid not her 'focus'

Sarah Palin may be a popular pick for Republicans in 2012, but the former Alaska Gov. is staying cagey on her presidential plans.

"I've never committed to running for president," Palin said on Fox News Sunday. "That's not where my focus is."

Instead, Palin says she is devoting her attention to getting Republicans back in office this fall.

He said that during the heat of a campaign before anyone really knew her. I doubt he’d write that the same way now. Few objective people would. She can make a Reagan like speech but we’ve yet to see her show herself to be a real leader worthy of the presidency and not a good looking catch phrase coining speechmaker.

I have been on this board for over ten years and have never met a “cultist”, much less anyone even remotely resembling a Jim Jones follower.

Most here are god-fearing men and women, and it would never enter their minds to worship anyone but Christ.

Nor have any of our Presidential candidates ever asked to be worshiped as if they are Godlike.

It is a horrific insult to your fellow conservatives, and certainly not in the spirit of FreeRepublic.
