WASHINGTON -- A House investigative panel has charged California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters with violating ethics rules.
Waters, a senior member of the House Financial Services Committee, would face a trial in the fall unless she negotiates a settlement.
If the case goes to trial, Democrats would have the political headache of two ethics trials - one for Waters and another for Rep. Charles Rangel of New York. ....

An attempt by the accused to beat the rap of worse punishment that would be demanded if the GOP ran the House, a likely scenario next year.

Not joking, but of course you may not appreciate the intricacies involved in purges between radical factions. For you they may all the same?However A saavy man would exploit this crack and drive in a wedge. Why not cheer for Rangel and Waters. All the more power to them in this fight to preserve their patronage systems against the Obama radical agenda.
And when all is said and done, if Obama is successful at justifying radical voting riots (and yes he did help create Kenyas in 2007 which resulted in genocide), he will have the perfect excuse to justify redrawing voting districts according to racial and ethnic concentrations gathered in his white house run census.
If one thinks like a fascist, then Obama’s plans are very apparent. The various factors fall into place.

I cheer on Rangel and Dipstick to fight it all the way. It’ll wreak havoc on the left. Especially that radical black caucus. But I don’t believe that they are against Obama’s radical agenda. They don’t think it’s radical enough.

I have heard Waters and Rangel speak, they talk the talk, but the fact is they have spent all their years setting up systems of political patronage focused on themsleves and their individual feifdoms. Obama wants them gone because he cannot get his radical agenda accomplished with them in the way in two of the most important Afro American boroughs in the country.Obama wants Chicago, Atlanta, LA , Harlem,Ne orleans all in flames if they lose an election.Thats what he did in Kenya, no kidding, he has already played this game in fact.

Persons familiar with the case said Waters is accused of violating:
a rule that House members may not exert improper influence that results in a personal benefit;
also, the government employees ethics code, which prohibits granting or accepting special favors for the employee or family members that could be viewed as influencing official actions;
and a rule that member conduct must reflect creditably on the House.
I want them to fight Obama, the ethics committee and win, because it splits the Black Caucus in two, away from the Obama agenda, which would re-ignite racism on a national scale. At least if the two win, the dynamic will be contained within thier little Afro-American feifdoms.
