Health and Human Services Secretary (HHS) Kathleen Sebelius on Monday downplayed a federal judge's decision allowing Virginia's challenge to healthcare reform to continue, arguing it was merely a procedural move that has no bearing on the underlying issues.
"We remain confident that the case is solid," Sebelius told reporters during a phone call on the reform law's effects on Medicare spending.
Ron Pollack, executive director of Families USA, a liberal consumer group, echoed that message Monday, saying the ruling "has no effect on the validity of the health reform law."

The title doesn't mean dismiss in a legal sense, it refers to the snide manner in which Sebelius treats the judge's ruling -- dismissive, brush aside, "Eh, not worth my notice, we're right no matter what."

The case is NOT solid,especially if they get into due process issues on how the bill was drafted, ( Republicans locked out of commmitte, bill drafted bt the white house), and tha fact tat it was voted without being read.

It was careful choice of words, misleading, but very deliberate. An attempt to deceive is a very good definition of a lie. The MSM does this all the time. Since most people only see the headline and it's what drives the responses ot a google search, I don't know how the truth can ever overcome the lies of the left.
Looks like this headline is going way over the top of people heads. She dismisses the case in the sense that what the judge did is of no concern to her. Its like dismissing a pestering child that is bothering you. You pay it no mind and ignore it. A little less literal thinking goes a long way.
