I live in Arizona and I still support J.D. but he is a flawed candidate. McCain, also flawed, has run a masterful campaign pointing out J.D.’s flaws and it is not pretty. If McCain had only run such a campaign against Obama instead of suspending his campaign to go back and vote for the stimulus bill, he would be president today.

I own a nice piece of real estate on the second most busy street in Maricopa County and I emailed J.D. that he could put a sign there. Nothing happened. I think McCain may win in a walk.

I was hoping JD was just avoiding peaking too soon, but it is getting close, time to spur. If Arizona re-elects mav, I will say Mexico has won the place fair and square and we are down to 56 states or something.

Hey Arizona! Terry Anderson stood with you in his last VERY ill days in 110 degree heat.

PLEASE get rid of John McCain.....nothing would have made Terry happier.

This little ditty was introduced on the Terry Anderson Show.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2558808/posts?page=5

FLUSH THE JOHN! McCain HAS to go!
(To the tune of Frankie & Johnny!)

Johnny and Teddy were Senators
On opposite sides of the aisle
They got together and drafted a bill
Guaranteed to make illegals smile
Amnesty was their game – and they had no shame

Johnny and Senator Feingold
Gave campaign finance a try
But then the highest court in the land
Said the 1st amendment must apply
Gotta play by the rules – now Johnny looks like a fool

Johnny and Mr. Obama
They both agree Gitmo should close
But bringing terrorists into the USA
Is a plan that we oppose
No, they don’t belong – and Johnny’s got it all wrong

Now Johnny and Senator Lieberman
Got together on cap and trade
Anemic hands across the aisle
Gonna send the country to its grave
It’s time to let him know – old Johnny’s gotta go

Johnny believes Global Warming
Limousine Liberals and all
Congressional junkets to Copenhagen
Everybody’s havin’ a ball
Just ask Al Gore - Johnny knows the score

S & L Man Charlie Keating
He came to Johnny one day
Said “the government boys are sniffing around
How much to make ‘em go away?”
Did Johnny take a bribe to join the Keating 5?

Now fast-forward 20 years later
Banks are in trouble again
Johnny says, “Let’s bail ‘em out
It’s just a trillion – or maybe ten.
Let’s put some wind in their sails – ‘cause they’re too big to fail.”

We know there’s oil in Alaska
Drilling won’t cause any harm
But Johnny agrees with the tree-hugging geeks
Gas is gonna cost a leg and an arm
Johnny why can’t you see what’s good for you and me?

Now everyone knows about ACORN
They get lots of taxpayers’ dough
Prostitution rings and voter fraud
And home loans to any old schmoe
No matter ACORN’s crimes – Johnny thinks they’re just fine

We’re tired of hearin’ your flip-flops
We’re tired of hearin’ your lies
You may think we’re all dummies but you can’t
Pull the wool over our eyes
You’re career’s hit a snag - so start packin’ your bags

‘Cause Johnny, you’ve worn out your welcome
It’s time to bid DC goodbye
Go write a book or learn to cook
And eat a little humble pie
Just ask Sheriff Joe – he says you gotta go

Yeah, go Johnny, go – it’s time to hit the road.
Good-bye

I’m curious:

How can nearly three-quarters of Arizona’s population support SB 1070, and at the same time support McCain who tried to push amnesty with Teddy Kennedy?

I’m beginning to think Arizona voters are complete dumb A$$es!

That would need a Constimatushional amendment (rotsa ruck with a Rat Congress), but pushing the point can’t hurt Hayworth.

An editorial on Arizona’s attempts to control immigration, illegal or otherwise, ought to be a big hit with The Guardian’s (mostly Brit) readers. Might make one or two of them pause between sips on their cuppa.

Some Brits might even check out AZ real estate.

JD Hayworth's Republican challenge to McCain grows as anti-immigrant anger spills onto AZ's streets

It has prompted Hispanics to fear racial profiling, immigrants to flee the state in droves

It appears The Guardian is just as reluctant to use the word illegal as our own MSM.

The Guardian characterizes conservatives' language about illegal immigration as "blood-curdling." Here's the language:

"It is a national security threat," Hayworth told the crowd in Mesa. "It is an economic threat and an invasion that must be stopped."

Blood Curdling. Whooo! Whoooooooo!

Poorly disguised hit piece on JD. Distorts the new AZ law, focusses on the “whiteness” of JD’s supporters, stopped reading there...

J.D. MUST defeat McLame. Otherwise Juan will take his revenge on us by pushing through a massive amnesty bill.
