As long as the 40 pubs in the Senate stick together, this can’t be done. They stuck together on the original healthcare plan, I see them continuing to do so and people like Ben Nelson may not be too keen on it either.

How about just not funding this after the Pubs get majority?
I can think of a couple ways to stop the Dem majority from doing this after Nov. But I’ll say no more.

But the Senate still has 40 Repubs so I don't think any of this junk they might try in the Lame Duck will make it all the way through.
The current “law” is on a 5 year glidepath to the public option. My guess is they want to accelerate it to 2011 to make it that myuch harder to overturn.

That's what I said about Obamacare in the first place. But, 40 Republicans did stick together, thanks to Scott Brown, and we still have Obamacare.
I have no doubt they'll do this in the lame duck session, and MUCH more.
Of course they will. These vermin are intent on causing as much damage as possible to the country before their collective asses are thrown out to the curb in January. Which is why enough real conservatives have to be elected in order to overturn whatever these commies pass in the next 6 months.
