The Obama administration, already under fire for unprecedented allegations of racial bias, faces a new bias claim from a most unlikely source: one of the administration's own inspectors general.

Decisions on which car dealerships to close as part of the auto industry bailout -- closures the Obama administration forced on General Motors and Chrysler -- were based in part on race and gender, according to a report by Troubled Asset Relief Program Special Inspector General Neal M. Barofsky.

How on earth to they close successful dealerships to ‘save money’... Don’t they need them to sell cars?

I can see closing some thing that was losing money for them- pbut dealerships are PRIVATELY OWNED. If a dealership loses money the OWNER loses it - NOT GM! Who would stay in business if they were losing money?

This was nothing more than a shift of profits to those dealers they liked

Now we just need to see how many surviving donors donate to Obambi and thugs

This is identical to the shut down of the oil drilling industry in the south. The purpose is to hit Republican areas with high unemployment.
