American citizens deserve better than Elena Kagan.
Right. Besides, the lovely Elena should be latching on to a handsome husband and raising a family. She'll have to donate her inventory of Snap-On-Tools to charity. (Hillary has volunteered to take them.)
What is it with these Progressive (Communist) women? Not a head-turner in the pack.

"Graham .....justified his vote by essentially saying elections have consequences. "
The reelection of this JUANnabie has certainly shown that point to be true.

"Graham who is not up for re-election until 2015"2015? Sure hope he tells his supporters to be sure and get out and vote for him in 2015 in the Republican primary!

Its clear that Elena Kagan will rubber-stamp President Obamas massive expansions in federal power and entrench the Lefts agenda on issues like same-sex marriage, so its no surprise that Democrats on the committee have rubber-stamped her nomination, And Graham.

President Obama won, he said. Ive got a lot of opportunity to disagree with him, but the Constitution in my view puts a requirement on me as a senator to not replace my judgment for his not to think of the 100 reasons I would pick somebody differently or pick a fight with Ms. Kagan. OMG! Graham IS a moron. If what he says were true, we'd be electing kings.

If Graham had voted no Kagans nomination would be stalled in committee. That SOB has unleashed this communist onto the Constitution. A curse upon Graham and all that support him!

He is a disgusting example of a true traitor, but he’s one that sleeps soundly bedded down at night with his Democrat pals.

Graham is a quintessential elitist. He is incapable of understanding Constitutional, conservative principle. Graham’s adherence to the elitist agenda allows this intellectual light weight to know where to stand on any given issue without the burden of thinking about or understanding anything. He is a cutout doll, nothing more.

I am still absolutely stunned by his statement. Under his premise, Bam gets anything he wants because he “won”. What does this nitwit think Congress is there for? He needs some lessons on balance of power. He’s there as a “check” on the President and not to rubberstamp his agenda.

South Carolina Dems will probably run a tree stump against Graham next time. He serves them well.

“Graham should be kicked out of the Republican party.”
Well, that and he sure needs to be kicked out of South Carolina...He is such an embarrassment to a fine southern state.
By 2015, he will be a billionaire, and probably be a top member of the politburo.

If SC has a republican governer why can't grahmnesty just die and get it over with? He's obviously an enemy of the Constitution.
The senate is given the duty to advise and consent to supreme court nominations. If they do not consent then the president needs to find someone else. Why is grahmnesty avoiding fulfilling his oath to defend the Constitution?
God, I pray that the democrats (and democrats in drag like grahmnesty) would just start dying in mass. The world would be a much better place in no time.
