Tonight, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) will debate his primary challengers, former Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R-AZ) and conservative "tea party" activist Jim Deakin in one of only two Republican primary debates.
During the one hour debate, Hayworth will likely concentrate on McCain's 28 years in Congress with a focus on his position on immigration. Deakin said he will compare and contrast his approach in representing constituents to the "other two entrenched politicians." A McCain campaign spokesman said that the Senator "looks forward to a spirited discussion on the issues facing Arizonans."
The LIVE debate will take place tonight at KTVK-TV in Phoenix, Arizona.

I’m sick to death of him. He should have retired gracefully. Written a book, taught at USNA, whatever.
Incumbency breeds corruption. Term limits are in order.
Retire him Arizona.

McCain keeps saying he fought this and that. Well, the fact is obviously he’s not good a fighting since he hasn’t made any headway at all.

GO JD!!!!! Great Answer!!!!!!!
To: TomGuy
Yeah, that’s really outrageous. I prefer the words “seal the border,” like the border between East and West Germany (Berlin) was “sealed.”

McCain keeps saying he fought this and that.
He didn't fight too much. He was absent from many votes during the last decade, while he was running for the presidency.
He missed more votes than any other member of the Senate, including, IIRC, Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama.

Is that a nervous smile I see on McCain? He also keeps stumbling on his speech. Nervous eh Juan?
To: TomGuy
I’ll have to rely on your take. I haven’t heard a word Deakin has said...lol.
