anyone have a link to those Race statistics kept by those who claimed racism in the BOP or the USCourts? The one where the race-baiters claimed 44% Black prison population vs. only 12% TOTAL (Urban and Suburban) US populations. It would be interesting to see if there was a significant change in that ratio (or admittance ratio) in the last 2 yrs from the previous 20 or more.
