Kingston, N.H., Patrolman Joshua Wallar, 26, of Methuen, who subdued Fraser with a Taser issued by his department, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Interesting...when a cop tases another cop it is assault and battery...but when a citizen is tasered it is ok.

About 25 or 30 years ago, two adjacent small towns here in the panhandle of FL had two cops shooting at each other from their respective sides of the city limits over a woman......
