If God forbid I lost my job, with 14% unemployment in my state I would have to pick up and start over someplace else that has unemployment at only 10%

which stimulus....monetary or fiscal stimulus? Was it the rebate checks in 2008 or the Fed rate cuts to 2% in 2008? Or was it the fiscal stimulus in 2009? Or the Fed rate cuts to zero% in 2009? Or was it TARP?
Republicans better hone their arguments, because Dems are comparing Obama’s first two years to Reagan and are saying “Stay the course”.
But Reagan inherited stagflation of double-digit inlflation and didn’t have the FED lowering to zero. but raising the Fed Funds rate to 19%—and the Prime lending rate was over 20% .......in the early 1980s....

The Administration really loses credibility when they act like the economy is recovering and the stimulus worked. Layoffs are still running at ~450K/month. No one (sane) is viewing that as a recovering economy. Lying about it to our faces is insulting.

I read yesterday that 69.9% of the houses in Nevada were underwater. IIRC, Florida is in the 40% range.
