So far no drought warnings.....we've had a little bit of rain nights which helps to delay the full out doom and gloom reaction from Civil Defense.

Too bad the tourists are missing out on all this glorius weather!

It would be sweeter if he cleaned them too.

He did! Cleaned them, skinned them & packed in ice.

Last week he brought me 3#'s of fresh halibut! Heaven!

That same week someone gave me about 10#'s of copper river salmon shipped from Seattle which was divine & I also was given 4 lovely fresh trout filets caught up north.

What a week right? LOL

Everyone knows I'm a junkie for good fish.

I wish you could ship me those beans! :)

Do you do any canning?

Love fresh beans southern style with new potatoes & salt pork. Also almondine.
