PHOENIX - Susan Bolton, the federal judge hearing six legal challenges to Arizona's new immigration law said Wednesday that she is making no promises on whether she will rule on requests to block enforcement of the law before it takes effect July 29.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton told attorneys at a scheduling conference that she intends to take the time required to make a sound legal decision.
"I have to do the best job I can," Bolton said.

I say that is the point at which it is time to take sides and say enough; to openly defy the domestic marxist enemy within, and see if they have the stones to do something about it.
She’s the same judge who agreed that Mexico has standing to challenge the Arizona law.

What other FEDERAL laws shall the Federal Government ignore? Please, tell us for we are dying with anticipation.
If the FEDERAL Government takes the stance that it doesn't want a State Government's assistance, what other FEDERAL laws will the Federal Government allow the States to ignore? You know, things like OBAMACARE, Federal gun laws, Federal taxes, EPA regulations (Texas!), Interstate Commerce regulations, Affirmative Action decisions, and Federal Court decisions in general.
Given that the Federal Government has taken no action to clamp down on Sanctuary Cities, shall the Federal Government also take no action in the event that States start declaring themselves as Sanctuary States for those who are fleeing prosecution from unjust Federal laws?

At this stage, anyone who puts their faith in the courts to do the right thing is living in an idealistic world. A world of good triumphing over evil. A world where you are rewarded for your hard work. A world of morality, decency and respect. THAT IS NOT AMERICA TODAY.
Remember that it was the courts that legalized abortion, overturned state laws against sodomy, destroyed property rights in Kelo and a host of other LIB cases. Are we prepared for the possibility that the Federal government will prevail?
If the Feds prevail,it means the end of all state sovereignty. There is no more need for state legislatures, governors, Senators, Representatives or judges.
If the Feds prevail, what do we do? Do we meekly accept the ruling and go about our business? Do we revolt? Do we take up arms against a Federal government that is reinstating slavery? There is a tipping point and this may be it.
Sounds like she is going to filibuster Obama.

Obama needs to be impeached, tried for treason and sent to Gitmo to rot with his muslim buddies.
