All the right does is bleat and ask a Federal judge to sort the matter out.
And if the Federal judge decides to side with the marxist enemy within, then what?
I say that is the point at which it is time to take sides and say enough; to openly defy the domestic marxist enemy within, and see if they have the stones to do something about it.

Don’t non-activist judges tend to rule on injunction requests based on who has a better case and is most likely to win? If she lets Arizona proceed with the law that could be a good sign.

The noise you here is just sound effects. I’m confident, she’ll issue an injunction in time. I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV...I just know the contempt in which Federal courts hold state laws.
