agree like he will use this other new appointee for homosexual/cross dressing rights.

She has to be stopped and this lawsuit is all phony, AZ made the law by law which enforces the federal law.
some how obama and the media seem to think AZ should not enforce the law while black racists stand outside voting booths.

obama and his chicago left Marxist thugs make me sick as does the groupies in the media and the idiots out there who would vote for the destruction of this country

Black Panthers good, Arizona bad.

If we could only get the Black Panthers to intimidate the illegal emigrants.

I’m actually pretty happy they did go through with it - providing Arizona wins of course.

Makes the asshat look even worse, there is so much support for this in the US.

I'd live to see Justice Roberts slap them down before they even get off the ground.

We already know how Roberts, Alito, Thomas and Scalia will decide on this issue.

For that matter, we can be certain how Ginsburg, Stevens ( or Kagan ), Breyer and Sotomayor ( especially her ), will decide on this issue.

It is JUSTICE KENNEDY who is the wildcard here.

If they don’t, it will really spark something...they must know this...

Very likely, the issue of "States' Rights" will be decided AFTER "Bull-Dyke Kagan" is confirmed, and there will be a re-interpretation of the "Living Constitution" that will erase a States' right to anything but subservience.

America is toast, folks, as whether Democrat, Republican, etc., they ALL are obedient servants of the almighty dollars of the donors and do their bidding only, NOT the Will of the People.

If that were not true, there would not be Socialized Medicine, Porkulus, Welfare, etc. EVERY Social Program is a wealth-redistribution scheme to buy votes and remain in office......

Depending on how fast this moves through the legal system, I’m thinking this is the flashpoint we’ve been waiting for. Arizona’s response, if they are defeated is a KEY signpost as to how history will play out.

If the feds actually follow through and file this case, and in the unlikely event they win, AZ should then refuse to assist in any bank robbery cases that occur there, based on the grounds the feds are bringing this suit. After all, Bank Robbery is a federal crime and not a state crime.

That is un-f’ing-believable. This case should be thrown out.

“...if it goes to the Supreme Court, the wise Latina — SONYA SOTOMAYOR...”

...SHOULD RECUSE HERSELF!

In her pre confirmation actions and speakings, she basically is part of La Raza and the others who push for amnesty and open borders. If she was an honest justice (yeah, I know), she would recuse herself on immigration issues.

Then we taxpayers of AZ, must file suit against the Federal Govt. in Federal court using the “Fed Govt’s responsibility” is illegal immigration, for the BILLIONS THAT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION AND THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH HAVE COST ARIZONA. We want to be reimbursed for EVERYTHING. (yes, i am angry, hence the caps)

Good question. I’ve heard it’s not possible to sue the federal government. If we tried they’d prob say we don’t have “standing” or some crap. Anywyas, if the feds win this suit I say that as many states as possible be prepared to seceed(sp?) from the union. Just band together and pull right out. This might be where our civil war arises from because Obummer surely won’t be having that. Enter brown shirts.

It’s actually an advantageous thing since it will end up in the Supreme Court and the law will be upheld.

The reason this is good is because after it’s decided other states will have a law to copy that has met the test. At this point they want to see how the courts treat it before they write laws.

RE: it will end up in the Supreme Court and the law will be upheld.

The decision will be 5-4. It could go either way, depending on how Justice Kennedy decides. He is the wildcard.

He is 74 and said recently that he will consider retiring in 3 years.
