Mexico gets to have a say in 1 of the lawsuits challenging Arizona's immigration enforcement law.
A federal judge on Thursday granted Mexico's request to be allowed to file a legal brief supporting the challenge. That means the judge will consider the brief Mexico submitted previously.

Are you keeping up with the news on how things are being run here?
The answer to your question is a resounding yes.
No. You need to wait for a Mexican to sue Mexico for for having a law that says Americans living in Mexico illegally are to be detained and deported. Then you can file a friend of the court brief in favor of the Mexican suing to stop the detention and deportation of any illegal Americans.
California is beautiful ... Big Sur and I also remember from another trip out there - Pfeiffer State Park. I'll never forget that one. They had NUDISTS on it. We were so embarrassed. It was a business trip and a bunch of us decided to go for a walk in the park that lead out to the beach. We didn't know which way to look. This was about 15 years ago. I don't know if it was legal there or not. But the people were OBESE! You didn't' want to look. Is it still that way? Or was this unusual?
Now the commie “judges” have sided with Mexico against Americans. We’re in big trouble.
The Judge is a traitor. It is as simple as that!
Ping!
Say what?
Who needs sovereignty?
Don’t worry, Republicans will save us in November.

Aren’t you equating this with Kagan’s testimony on People’s United where said, “Sing the FEC never banned a book it’s okay for book banning to be in the law”?
Is there any recourse for American citizens against judges? Did the founders forsee Americans needing to do something to judges who overstepped their authority?
I hate to sound stupid but this maneuver is foreign to me. Mexico has nothing to do with OUR decision and not part of the U.S..
To answer your question, I don't think there is anything we can do ... but it seems like their should be something we can do. I just don't know what it would be.
Torches and pitchforks?? Tar and feathers??
Ping!

BTT!
Here is a very enlightening video...former LA Cop telling how Mexico & their cartels take over a US city.(like the many they have in California!)

This bastard needs to be removed FAST. He’s setting precedent for MORE crap like this.
How about this.
If Mexico can sue in American courts, can not Mexico be sued in American Courts. A suit for damages, that is all expenses related to illegal Mexicans, health care, law enforcement, jail costs, education costs and on and on can be the grounds.
When the judgment is granted, all Mexican assets in the USA are at risk.
I agree ... but how can we remove the scumbag?
