Exactly, what is his legal authority for this action? Now the people get to pay to sue themselves for what they believe in.

Just curious -

... are private citizens legally able to fund a Sheriff’s operations, if he is short on funds?

This makes me wish that I had some bucks to send the good sheriff. He’s doing good work.

(1) Investors in Arizona tax-exempt bonds may have been misled about the use of their investments. (2) this county offical is thwarting Arizona law. His actions may have jeopardized investments in Arizona tax-exempt bonds

ACTION Do the research on timelines when Arizona legislators voted for the sale of billions of tax-exempt bonds to finance law enforcement, schools, highways, water facilities, municipal and county grants, etc, etc, etc. These bonds were then sold to tax-exempt investors.

MISLEADING BOND INVESTORS IS A SERIOUS CRIME Investors in Arizona tax-exempt bonds were clearly misled about the use of tax-exempt bond revenue. The SEC closely monitors tax-exempt bond sales. The SEC takes a dim view about misleading tax-exempt investors and the misuse of tax-exempt bond revenue. So does the IRS.

===================================

HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

(1) Express your concerns about Arizona elected officials under oath like who undermine the will of the people----that won’t enforce the new immigration law; this is a misappropriation of tax-exempt bond revenue.

===================================

EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov.

Contact the IRS to report suspected tax fraud and tax law violations by officials using tax-exempt bond revenue in ways not disclosed to investors.

IRS TOLL-FREE Tel 1-800-829-0433 You may remain anonymous.

FIDUCIARY NEGLIGENCE Arizona elected officials under oath who challenge the will of the people----that won’t enforce new immigration law---- have co-opted investors in tax-exempt bonds. Report fiduciary negligence here.

CONTACT Arizona State Dept of Justice.
Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS)
2102 W Encanto Blvd
Phoenix, Arizona 85009-2847
(602)223-2000

=====================================

Demand that banks holding Arizona tax-exempt bond revenue conduct an outside audit immediately and reveal their findings (or you will report banks to state and federal regulators).

Bond sales that were put to referendum could be subject to penalties, if voters were misled about the uses of bond revenue.

The Arizona Secy of State should be asked to release all official documents filed WRT tax-exempt bond issues.

REFERENCE Mexican officials say that the Arizona law (elected officials implemented to deal with an unabated tide of illegal immigration and savage drug cartel violence) is "discriminatory and counterproductive" because so much of the US economy depends on cheap Mexican labor.

Some bond sales are voted upon---by state ballot referenda. Mexico and latino advocate groups may have led state officials to mis-state the uses of tax-exempt bonds to voters. Moreover, if illegals voted on tax-exempt bond issues, that could negate the bond revenue and subject the illegals to prosecution.

Big Sis (Governor Napalitono then) took state funds from Arpaio in 2008 and he set up a system. I’m not sure how it is spent.

Can the attorney be arrested for obstruction of justice? Surely there are a few dollars left in the budget to accomplish that worthy task.

Unfortunately, Romley (big ol’ RINO) is well respected by Arizona’s elite RINOs. He previously held this same position and then worked in DC for the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. Now he’s back to help destroy Arpaio and Thomas.

He is the worst of the Republican elite open borders crowd.

Hmmmm. The Maricopa County Commissioners or Supervisors, (whatever they call them in AZ) could pass a resolution condemning his action. Won’t do much but could put him in the hot seat a bit with the voters.

In Texas the County Commissioners control the Sheriff’s budget, even though the Sheriff is elected. I don’t think our County Attorneys have authority over the Sheriffs budget without running afoul of the Commissioners Court.

Romley has complete contempt for the will of the people of Arizona. This is what happens when we continue to vote for RINOs. The County Board of Supervisors needs to be cleaned out.
