I have always been amazed that this scandal has not caught fire and burned those involved who were so blatantly involved in racial intimidation, judicial malpractice, and a massive cover up by Eric Holder and Obama's underlings.
ADAMS: Well, the testimony has been that Steve Rosenbaum and Loretta King, two political officials at the Department ordered the dismissal of the case. Of course that was the first story. Eventually it was revealed that there were more people involved. But originally Steve Rosenbaum and Loretta King, two political appointees did.
A former Justice Department attorney who quit his job to protest the Obama administration's handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case is accusing Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges for racially motivated reasons. J. Christian Adams, now an attorney in Virginia and a conservative blogger, says he and the other Justice Department lawyers working on the case were ordered to dismiss it. "I mean we were told, 'Drop the charges against the New Black Panther Party,'" Adams told Fox News, adding that political appointees Loretta King, acting head of the civil rights division, and Steve Rosenbaum, an attorney with the division since 2003, ordered the dismissal.
There’s no outrage because the Republicans in Congress are gutless and don’t want to touch race issues, especially if it involves black or hispanic racists.
excellent interview. Guy was totally believable.
I would suppose if this becomes commonplace, kneecaps will be lost and crowds will gather to move these “gentlemen” to another location. Most likely a hospital environment.
If redneck whites showed up to intimidate black voters, it would have been a far different story.
Other than being the reverse, there isn’t much difference between guys in white hoods showing up at a mostly black polling place.
obama and his thugs are idiots and racists.
PART 2 IS TOMORROW SHE SAID..AND IT IS EVEN MORE EXPLOSIVE.
Two words for the kind of lawlessness the DOJ & Obama are setting up: Open season
The tall black panther is an elected official in Philly? Holy cr@p! We are so screwed!
We all know who the real racists are and it isn’t the Tea Partiers.
"C'mon now, these young negros were simply excercising the will of the people, ain't dat right brutha Hussein?"
If people like that showed up where I vote (highly unlikely) I wonder how I would have reacted.
I like to think I’d just say “EXCUSE ME I’m trying to get in and vote!”
i had no doubt there was deep and dirty corruption in this case, but after reading this chills go down my spine.
To all you Liberal nutjobs reading this....how much more evidence do you need that the Usurper needs to be IMPEACHED for crimes? WHY is Fox the only organzation with the integrity to investigate this? Have you asked questions about this, or the Walpin firing case, or the Blago corruption case, or the Sestak bribery case.....CLEARCUT evidence and grounds for impeachment.
ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, ...what say you? Is there any OUNCE of journalistic cred left in your frail liberal bodies, so consumed with liberal passion that you forget what it is to be an objective journalist? Stop stupid factchecking Palin’s speeches and get to work researching matters that are relevant to the safety of Americans!
DOJ = Department of Racism
if this is true then the states need to ccw at the poling places,or these fine “gentlemen” need to be henry bowmaned
Never bring a baton to a gunfight.
She's apparently been a member of CRD for a while, as she was involved in the Johnson vs. Miller (Zell), which was a redistricting case brought to court by white voters in Georgia's 11th Congressional District. King and the DOJ lost that case in 1995. The Supreme Court and federal district court "criticized the DOJ's handling of the case, finding its practices 'disturbing.' "The district court found the 'considerable influence of ACLU advocacy on the voting rights decisions of the United States Attorney General' to be 'an embarrassment.' Taxpayers ended up paying $587,000 in "attorneys fees and costs that were awarded to the defendants to compensate them for an unwarranted lawsuit, one in which King and the other Justice Department lawyers 'commanded' the state of Georgia, as the Supreme Court noted, to engage in 'presumptively unconstitutional race-based districting.'
She also overruled the voters of Kinston, N.C. who voted overwhelmingly to have party affiliations removed from ballots last year. Next was her involvement in the dismissal of the case against the Black Panthers. She seems to have gone missing during the Bush years. Somebody at DOJ must have kept her under control during that time. Now that her party is back in control of the White House, and Holder's back at DOJ, she's out doing her racist best. Does anyone have anything else on her?
Blatant racism which is obviously coming directly from the WH. I would stay well away from Philadelphia, pandy. If any place is going to blow up that’s it.
Although it [The New Black Panther Party] says it sees capitalism as the fundamental problem with the world and revolution as the solution, the new party does not draw its influences from Marxism or Maoism as the original party did. Instead, in a carefully-worded, roundabout form of ethnic nationalism,[8] they say that Marx based his ideology and teachings on indigenous African cultures, and that the NBPP therefore need not look to Marxism or Maoism as a basis for their program, but can look to ideologies that stem directly from those African origins.

SEAN HANNITY: But Reverend Jeremiah Wright is not backing down and has not for years and in his strong stance on the teaching of black liberation theology is nothing new. He had the same things to say last spring when he appeared on "Hannity & Colmes:"
WRIGHT: If you're not going to talk about theology in context, if you're not going to talk about liberation theology that came out of the '60s, systematized black liberation theology that started with Jim Cone in 1968 and the writings of Cone and the writings of Dwight Hopkins and the writings of womynist theologians and Asian theologians and Hispanic theologians, then you can't talk about the black value system.
HANNITY: But I'm a reverend
WRIGHT: Do you know liberation theology, sir?

So a couple of political appointees had the case dismissed for “political” reasons? Do they think the New Black Panthers are good guys? Do they want to encourage this kind of thing? Will they go on TV to answer these questions?
