Vice President Joe Biden gave a stark assessment of the economy today, telling an audience of supporters, "there's no possibility to restore 8 million jobs lost in the Great Recession."
Appearing at a fundraiser with Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wisc.) in Milwaukee, the vice president remarked that by the time he and President Obama took office in 2008, the gross domestic product had shrunk and hundreds of thousands of jobs had been lost.
"We inherited a godawful mess," he said, adding there was "no way to regenerate $3 trillion that was lost. Not misplaced, lost."

Until the Republicans change the entire Premise by showing the American People that all these problems started the day that Pelosi and Reid took over in JANUARY 2007, the Democrats can ride the Blame Bush bus all the way to the polls.
Nailed it.
Wouldn't it be grand if the geniuses at the RNC could produce commercials that say something like "In January 2007, the Democrats took control of congress. Unemployment had not been above 5% for X years. In November 2008, unemployment was 9% and Democrats blamed Bush. Obama was elected, and Democrats retained complete control of congress. Since then we've spent Y trillion dollars on stimulus and unemployment is at 10%." Finish with Biden's voice saying we will never recover those jobs.
They need to start running ads like that nationally NOW, constantly, through November. It needs to be pounded into people's heads. And, they can't just run these things on CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC. Quit preaching to people who already made up their dman mind. This needs to be on during sports, sitcoms, dramas, shows for TEENs, etc.

As I explained to my nieces, say your grandmother leaves you her house with a supposed 30,000. mortgage on it. You over the course of a year and a half, increase that through refi to a million dollars with no way to pay it off. In a case like that, did you inherit that debt? Was it your grandmothers fault? If you think so, was her fault in leaving you the house? Because it wasn’t free and clear? You inherited her problems? That is the type of blame these maxists are casting on Bush.

but it only proves that the public is still swayed by the Democrat blame Bush mantra. 1) If an economy such as ours takes about 18 months to 2 years to recover when everything is done right to recover, then Obama and Company are going to be fighting a uphill battle in 2012.
2) The "Blame Bush" mantra will grow more tiresome as the weeks and months pass with no viable recovery.
3) When another crisis appears and Obama bungles that, more than likely, the "Blame Bush" mantra just will not have weight.

Biden sadly is right if we keep up with massive deficit spending and the job killing regulations and taxes of this administration. New jobs are created by new businesses or the expansion of existing businesses not by growing government and increasing taxes. If taxes were cut, nut ball regulations like the regulation of carbon emissions were curtailed and government stayed out of the market this economy would recover stronger than ever.

Vice President Joe Biden gave a stark assessment of the economy today, telling an audience of supporters, "there's no possibility to restore 8 million jobs lost in the Great Recession." But the liberals' social engineering of forcing banks to make home loans to people that couldn't afford them make the destruction of the American economy all worthwhile!

Great idea.
Now they can include the video of the Wisconsin Custard Shop owner telling Biden “cut my taxes and we'll call it even” when Biden was paying his bill.
Of course, since Biden won't cut the guy's Taxes, Biden still owes him for the Custard.

Doesn’t matter — if we get to vote in 2012 (and there is some doubt that we will), Democrats are TOAST!
