Judge denies Obama admin stay on drill ban ruling 10 mins ago
WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A judge refused on Thursday to put on hold his decision that blocked the Obama administration from enforcing its six-month ban on deepwater oil drilling after the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.
U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman in New Orleans rejected a request by the Obama administration to stay his decision that allowed deepwater drilling to resume after the Department of Interior ordered it halted temporarily when the BP Plc well began gushing oil more than two months ago.

Fox News just reported that this is nothing more than an Executive power grab, and that existing law prevents any government agency from shutting down any business without Congressional approval. They do not have this power under the law to create laws out of their ‘arses’, but only to execute the laws passed by Congress.
Is it even remotely possible our current president doesn’t understand the rule of law-—oh, never mind...

Who had the authority to loan that money from the US Import/Export Bank to Brazil & Petrobras? Only nobama?
He’s lost any shred of credibility on jobs (really didn’t have any to begin with...) by trying to put drillers out of work.
I hope they remember to vote. The President personally tried to put them in the poor house.
