FACTS:

http://towncriernews.blogspot.com/search?q=mccain+amnesty

[snip]A day earlier, in Milwaukee, in front of an audience of more sympathetic businessmen, McCain had been asked how debate over the immigration bill was playing politically. “In the short term, it probably galvanizes our base,” he said. “In the long term, if you alienate the Hispanics, you’ll pay a heavy price.” Then he added, unable to help himself, “By the way, I think the fence is least effective. But I’ll build the goddamned fence if they want it.”

* May 29, 2003 interview: McCain: “Amnesty has to be an important part because there are people who have lived in this country for 20, 30 or 40 years, who have raised children here and pay taxes here and are not citizens.“

* Dec. 15, 2000 press release: McCain: ”I support the Latino and Immigrant Fairness Act (LIFA). Negotiations between the White House and the leadership, which endorsed more limited immigration reform, have resulted in a compromise.... this bill makes meaningful but insufficient progress on amnesty for those wrongly denied it.“

McCain actually said this just a few days ago.

“President Reagan granted amnesty to two million people and that was wrong,” McCain said.

This may be the ONLY time John McCain told the truth.

John McCain 2008 Prez election: no amnesty for illegal aliens could lead to France-style riots

...The man wasn’t satisfied with McCain’s answer. He asked McCain why the U.S. couldn’t execute large-scale deportations, as he had heard they did in France and other countries. The question seemed to pique McCain.

“In case you hadn’t noticed, the thousands of people who have been relegated to ghettos have risen up and burned cars in France,” McCain said. “They’ve got huge problems in France. They have tremendous problems. The police can’t even go into certain areas in the suburbs of Paris. I don’t want that in the suburbs of America.”

He supports amnesty now. He calls it ‘path to citizenship’. He just said it again recently.

.....McCain claims he “never supported amnesty”....

EVEN WORSE McCain sponsored the Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act of 2005. (Sec. 1004. BINATIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND HEALTH INSURANCE). NOT INTENDED to improve health care in the United States, but to improve health care in MEXICO. Contained a provision giving US insurance companies the right to help devise a plan for extending US health care to Mexico.

===============================================

AND THIS Candidate McC appointed Juan Hernandez, a high profile anti-American as his Hispanic outreach man, Hernandez announced he is for the no-borders North American Union, and for the “Amero” to replace the US dollar within 10 years or so

2008 McCains' Hispanic Outreach Coordinator, Juan Hernandez, Fort Worth, a dual citizen of the US and Mexico, and past member of Vicente Fox’s Mexican government, is as open borders as you can get.

McCain said he chose Hernandez because he agrees with his positions. Hernandez actually served as a cabinet member in the Mexican Government. McC sucked up to amnesty-pusher Hernandez (as Americans woke up to 5 million toxic mortgages fraudulently doled out to illegals that poisoned our economy forever).

McCain's Hispanic outreach director Juan Hernandez stated on national television that he is for the North American Union, and the “Amero” to replace the dollar within 10 years or so.

Hernandez believes all illegal Mexicans and Mexican-Americans in the USA should become dual citizens and consider themselves Mexicans first, "to the 8th generation." Hernandez' book urges illegal alien invaders to become settlers in the USA for Reconquista---the Mexican plan to take back the SW.

========================================

Hernandez actually served as a cabinet member in the Mexican Government. Juan Hernandez was born in Dallas and decided as an adult to become a dual-national Mexican citizen. His last verifiable job was serving in Mexican President Vicente Fox's cabinet as Vicente Fox's "American Reconquista Director." Hernandez then worked for Bush hater George Soros' international foundations---(one such foundation published Hernendez's book that taunts Americans).

McCain is as devious a person as I have ever seen.

He actually pushes Reagan under the bus for two million (it actually turned out to be 3.5, when Reagan was assured it would only be 1.0 million), but McCain actually pushed for “pathway to citizenship” for 20 to 35 million illegals.

Oh, but of course, it wasn’t an amnesty when MeCain did it. Although these people couldn’t afford their own health care, and lived in poverty, he was convinced they could pay thousands of dollars in fines for each family member here illegally. That actually made sense to him.

I don’t trust this guy at all.

If you knew nothing else, the Juan Hernandez/McCain relationship would convince you that McCain was unfit to hold public office in the United States.
