How is it that Mexico “has standing” to even file in a U.S. Federal court???

Oh, THEY’ll probably have standing,
because I believe the standard for evaluating standing
is whether is serves the goals of the left.

Since when does a foreign State have standing to interfere in the internal affairs of the United States?

This is just a way for Mexico to take the case to the Hague and try to tie Arizona up in international court.

It is time for our troops to come home from Iraq and Afghanistan so they can kick some ass along our own border. This is ridiculous. The American people need to bring a lawsuit against that sewer in Mexico for dumping their poverty problem on the U.S. taxpayers.

Mexico has Standing?! But Americans wanting to see a birth certificate for the President do not?
To: Free ThinkerNY
Throw out Mexico. If there was ever a government that couldn’t govern, it’s Mexico’s, so why should we allow them to interfere here?

Mexico has Standing?! But Americans wanting to see a birth certificate for the President do not? You got it! It is an upside down world. Hopefully the judge will make short work of this suit.

This is unbelievable. I have been in Mexico over 40 times and been pulled over in that country at least 15 times. I have been asked to provide immigration documentation almost EVERY TIME and I have been told that if I do not provide it then I will be thrown in jail or escorted to the border! HOW can Mexico sue Arizona over the EXACT SAME LAW that they already have in their country??? INSANE!

After watching the US government completely f**k over its citizens, I’m surprised that illegals want citizenship so bad.
