The former Honolulu elections official who caused a national stir this month when he told WND Barack Obama was "definitely" not born in Hawaii, and that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate even exists for the president in the Aloha State is now reaffirming those claims to a network television affiliate.
Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu was interviewed by Gene Birk of ABC affiliate WBKO-TV in Bowling Green, Ky.

Yep, starting with the fact that the President and all his cronies, I am including Bill O'Reilly, insist that he was born in Hawaii.

The millions of people who voted for him solely or primarily because he was (half!) black are for sure racists.
On another video, Adams said that he was a Hillary Clinton supporter in 2008. We don't know his whole job history but it's obvious he was a state bureaucrat back in Hawaii and is currently a state employee as a Western Kentucky University professor. So the fact that he'd be a liberal is no surprise.
He has said he would testify to the fact that Obama has no long form birth certificate and that it is an open secret in the Hawaiian government bureaucracy that Obama was not born in Hawaii.
I would say that such testimony would have to be viewed as inadmissible since it is hearsay. Furthermore, he'd be one unreliable witness. So an attorney on our side of the issue would have to be pretty darn foolish to use him as a witness, IMHO.

His testimony can still be used in a grand jury indictment against Obama, which could be used to subpoena others who have first hand knowledge.
O’Reilly is an idiot but he works for Fix/Saudia with back of the Saudis. Better than the others but still a Saudi outfit.
A criminal prosecution? Up until now, to the best of my knowledge, it has been all civil actions challenging Obama's constitutional qualifications, except the pending military trial of Lt. Col. Lakin.
If (hypothetically) a grand jury were to subpoena people in Hawaii state government who have knowledge of the matter, they could start with Governor Lingle and Dr. Fukimo, her appointee who heads the state Health Dept.
no longer works for HI. He teaches English in KY, apparently. But, to keep his union job, maybe feeling heat.
Perhaps the Notary, Williamson, has some legal liability in these two forms being different.
People need to go to jail for this.

I agree. While the video is damaging to Obama & the government cronies who stood by & allowed him to be sworn into the office, it is good for awareness to the issue.
I started watching the video and as soon as the discussion became one of “citizenship” rather than “eligibility,” I clicked it off.

Of course Mr Adams doesn’t get to decide Obama’s eligibility.
Of course the vast majority who question Obama’s eligibility are not racists.
I thought Mr Adams’ employer requested he not comment on this further.
This is nothing more than he said, she said.
Conclusion: this guy was paid off.
