Dear Mr. President:
Since your inauguration on January 20, 2009, you and your administration have gone to great lengths to assure fellow Americans that being in possession of an image copy of a government document is, for all intents and purposes, the same as having possession of the actual document itself, and that, by posting this image copy on the Internet and disclosing it as such, no further authentication is necessary.
Therefore, by your policies and precedents, the image copy of the $100 bill posted below is, for all intents and purposes, the same as the actual $100 bill that I have hidden between my mattress and box spring. I, hereby, submit this copy of my original $100 bill to Press Secretary Robert Gibbs so that he can buy a White House copy of The Manchurian President.
