20. Worst Omelet
IHOP Colorado Omelette 1,890 calories 47 g saturated fat 4,200 mg sodium 130 g carbohydrates
Colorado is the leanest state in America, so it seems unlikely that its citizens are eating many of these omelets. Nevertheless, IHOP claims the Centennial State as the source of inspiration for this egregious egg envelope. The states Attorney General might consider pursuing libel charges against the restaurantafter all, their namesake dish packs more calories than six Egg McMuffins

I thopught they might be going by how good or bad the food tastes - the only thing that concerns me.
It’s no wonder why those foods sell...
Hmmmm, their definition of worst is a little different than mine. Hahahaha.
I admit Waffle House is an aquired taste.
Which is the one Jesse Jackson used to work at and spit in peoples’ food?
Denver omelets rock.
I love the food lists from Gay Men’s Health magazine. They let me know the tastiest treats out there!
Not that I'd ever eat these, but I just got my triglycerides from 180 to 72. I still hate the f-----ing gym.
I like Friendly’s food, but (for whatever reason), the restaurant service is universally slow.
Eating one terrible meal once in a while isn’t bad.
I want these folks OUT of my personal business.
Anyone issuing a report like this should be defunded within 24 hours for wasting someone’s money.
I'm surprised they're still around.....
Yes, I hate being forced to eat these things against my will.
treating fat as a negative to human
is like treating carbon dioxide as a pollutant
They both play very important function and without it, we can not survive. My fear is that if society demonize both substance so much that we go for a ban, that will lead to destruction of the human race
Make sure you take this before going to the Outback....
Men’s Health is just a faggy quack magazine.
The main reason people are fat is because they eat too much while exercising too little. Blaming the food service industry is idiotic. After running a 10 K what I want is something like a Colorado Omelet with a stack of pancakes.
..that belt of spare ribs looks damn good to me.
That’s just insane. Some of those items had in excess of 3,000 calories and 6,000 milligrams of sodium and 150 grams of fat. No one should ever eat a meal like that. It’s just short of being poisonous.
its not FOOD that is the problem here, but our LIFE STYLE. Not enough exercise
