I, Lucas Smith, have recently completed my reading of the book Homeland: An Extraordinary Story of Hope and Survival, by George Hussein Obama (President Barack Obama's youngest brother in Kenya).
George Hussein Obama, in his book, which was published in January of 2010 depicts Kenya just as I, Lucas Smith, saw Kenya in February of 2009.
There are several segments of the book that aid in dipicting Kenya as I saw Kenya in 2009. Many critics (and Obots) have made claims that my, Lucas Smith's, depicting of Kenya in 2009 was tremendously inaccurate and downright impossible.
Let's see what President Obama's brother has to say about that in his new book...

That is an incorrect statement. The people who made those declarations claimed expertise they do not have, and have been debunked by others with the actual expertise they claim. But be that as it may, I have repeatedly stated that these lawsuits are a waste of time, not because I like Obama, but because they have no realistic possibility of framing an actionable case that can succeed. They are simply fertile ground for con men (and woman).
If you want to do something constructive, work to put in place laws in your state that mandate how qualifications for the Presidential ballot are verified. Properly constructed, such laws could get the authorizing official in your state a peek at actual documentation transmitted by the state of Hawaii. That will yield some official verdict, which is what Birthers claim to want. I have not mocked and will not mock anyone trying to do that. That is a reasonable activity to try in a representative democracy. This other stuff isn't.
Arizona has passed such a law. Several other states, including my own, are working on a like law. Their are Federal laws that state such but were not followed in this case.
Arizona did not pass it. They shelved it.
I don’t believe there are any federal laws that actually require obtaining a transmittal of birth information from the state of origin.

Sorry but your statement is not accurate. While Dr Pollack was viciously attacked and his reputation sullied by obots, his work was not debunked. Sandra R Lines has many years working for the feds as a forensic document examiner without a negative. She has declared the Hawaiian colb to be fraudulent. There are others.
Correction..The Arizona bill has passed the state senate and is now in the house. It like bills for their states.
The federal law does require a sworn statement of eligibility by the candidate. If requested to do so, they are required to do produce the documents. McCain did, BHO did not. The political parties are required to vet their candidate and swear to the eligibility of the candidate. All statements were sworn to & signed but he was never vetted. One of the questions on the registration form bho had to sign & swear to was whether he had ever been known by another name. He said no. Another lie. He was adopted and renamed Barry Soetoro.

2. I have reviewed the attached affidavit posted on the internet from “Ron Polarik,” [PDF] who has declined to provide his name because of a number of death threats he has received.
After my review and based on my years of experience, I can state with certainty that the COLB presented on the internet by the various groups, which include the “Daily Kos,” the Obama Campaign, “Factcheck.org” and others cannot be relied upon as genuine. Mr. Polarik raises issues concerning the COLB that I can affirm. Software such as Adobe Photoshop can produce complete images or alter images that appear to be genuine; therefore, any image offered on the internet cannot be relied upon as being a copy of the authentic document.
3. Upon a cursory inspection of the internet COLB, one aspect of the image that is clearly questionable is the obliteration of the Certificate No. That number is a tracking number that would allow anyone to ask the question, “Does this number refer to the Certification of Live Birth for the child Barack Hussein Obama II?” It would not reveal any further personal information; therefore, there would be no justifiable reason for oliterating it.
4. In my experience as a forensic document examiner, if an original of any document exists, that is the document that must be examined to obtain a definitive finding of genuineness or non-genuineness. In this case, examination of the vault birth certificate for President-Elect Obama would lay this issue to rest once and for all.
The above clearly illustrates that it is impossible to determine eligibility based on the widely-circulated certification of live birth and that the only way to determine Barack Hussein Obama’s natural born citizenship status is to retrieve the currently-sealed certificate of live birth.
