“I think the context of his comment is there is enough corruption and crime there, that the entire regime needs to step aside.”

I consider that to be a given. I wished they would all resign. However, if they don’t, then they must be removed lawfully (constitutionally). Some were evoking the idea of a coup or insurrection. That just isn’t acceptable.

It’s good stuff. Have you thought about submitting any writings to online publications? There are a few that I’ve seen that are looking for writers. And even World Net Daily...well at least in the 90’s/early 20xx. I submitted something to Joseph Farrah and it was published there. They’ve lost some of their credibility though and I’m sure readership.

Your article on immigration was good. The title is probably why it was nailed on here; “... ‘A Final Solution’” conjures up horrorific thoughts and for some, memories. (jimho) But it too is well written and is spot on.

The title is meta-humor about being called a “Nazi” for even ‘considering re-instituting slavery.’

I thought it was pretty funny, partially because Nazis (or their policies) had nothing to do with the article contents itself. (And isn’t a headline/title SUPPOSED to catch your attention?)

The problem is that my inspiration/motivation comes sporadically, on the more serious matters anyway...

People are only interested in their touchy feely emotion these days; critical thinking and examination is in short supply everywhere. Yes, a headline is suppose to catch the attention of the reader...Yours succeeded spectacularly! LOL

There *is* a nice symmetry in the proposal, isn’t there?

A Republican Congress and Senate, if elected in November, would be seated next January, and could Draft Articles of Impeachment and send them to the Senate, where he would be tried.

That’s what The People can do.

I heard some one on the radio that made sense.

He said that if you grab your gun and run outside, and find you are the only one, it’s still too early.

If you grab your gun, and run outside and find all your neighbors outside and armed too,....it’s time.

That isn’t in the constitution. He is thinking of the Declaration of Independence.

The Declaration refers to armed revolution and he isn't saying that.

If you read what he said in the following sentences it's evident he means the Constitution because he is referring to the election process, and also using the legislative threat of impeachment to force resignation. It would have been clearer if he had said "administration" rather than "government" but the intent is there in the context.

I hope and pray that can happen in November.

If the November election cycle proves corrupted...

?

For now, only time will tell.

Heck no. Don’t change a thing! The “yammering chickens” phrase describes it perfectly. BTW, just read you are residing in Panama. I’ve got things set up here in the states for when things go sour but have contemplated relocation. BUT I won’t go anywhere without the tools the second amendment gives me. How are the laws there concerning firearms ownership? Thanks

The Declaration of Independence is considered to be a part of United States Law, so yes, the people CAN just remove a sitting government.

Say what?

Sorry for my late reply. I was doing a little homework.

I am so glad I am not living in the U.S. It is no longer the home of the free.

Panama is a great place to live. If you are in a retired status, the Panamanian government loves you. It will give you a permanent resident visa because it knows you will spend your paycheck here.

We have a great president. The latest is he just signed into law that no one has to join a union if they don’t want to. The communist union leaders are in a fit since it cuts off their money supply.

Jimmy Carter gave them our canal. I must say though, they have taken very good care of it. They are expanding on it. Business is good; and because of the expansion, there are a lot of jobs for many Panamanians.

The banking sector is healthy, and oil was just discovered near the Colombian boarder in the Darien Province.

There are many, many other projects going on …too many to list.

You asked me about firearms. This was my homework:

You are most welcome.

Hey, exit82.

Sorry for the late reply.

It is always good to hear from you.

Is everything going alright with you?

Right now we are having a wonderful rainstorm no doubt due to a tropical depression out in the Atlantic Ocean.

Living in Panama is fun. You and your family need to move out of the U.S. and come here.

More and more Americans are moving here. A couple of years ago I never heard English spoken in the supermarkets. Today, it is an everyday thing.

My best to you, and thank you for making contact.
