June 15, 2010 MSNBC Trashes Obama's Address: Compared To Carter, "I Don't Sense Executive Command"
Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann and Howard Fineman react to President Obama's Oval Office Address on the oil spill. Here are the highlights of what the trio said:
Matthews compared Obama to Carter.
Olbermann: "Nothing specific at all was said."
Matthews: "No direction."
Howard Fineman: "He wasn't specific enough."
Olbermann "I don't think he aimed low, I don't think he aimed at all. It's startling."
Howard Fineman: Obama should be acting like a "commander-in-chief."
Matthews: Ludicrous that he keeps saying [Secretary of Energy] Chu has a Nobel prize. "I'll barf if he does it one more time."
Matthews: "A lot of meritocracy, a lot of blue ribbon talk."
Matthews: "I don't sense executive command."

Obama doesnt get it, and he never will. We do not want to hear about blaming, punishing and demonizing. We want to hear about how this problem will get solved. We want to hear about how we will come together as Americans to solve it together. He has spent his entire life dividing, that the concept yet so simple is completely foriegn to him. What a sad, pathetic Kenyan. Can’t want to see him fail at other enterprises. I am just glad it is only an oil spill, something supposedly he should have been more interested in, than a 9/11 style attack.

I never see anything on his desk, anytime they take a picture of him near it. When they took pictures of Reagan, H.W. Bush, Clinton, and W. Bush, typically you would catch the desk piled with folders and binders. With Obama nothing ever.
They may change their tune tomorrow (duplicity and all) but I’m LOVING THIS as it’s happening.

There is a perfectly plausible explanation of this event. One question. Did Olbermann have a goatee or were any of them dressed strangely?
