That doesn't give this scumbag the right to physically assault someone. Nobody was threatening him in a way that justified him grabbing that student. He never got mad until they asked about the Obama poop on his nose. Dbags like this need their head bashed in.
1. He is a public servant, who thereby INVITES public scrutiny of his actions in Washington.
2. Public servants who (understandably) want to know who is scrutinizing them do not have a right (legally or morally) to commit assault and battery.
3. Regardless of who you are, “I want to know” does not justify assault.
4. When we are in public places, we are all subject to public scrutiny, which includes open audio and video recordings.
