Saudi Arabia has conducted tests to stand down its air defences to enable Israeli jets to make a bombing raid on Iran's nuclear facilities, The Times can reveal.
In the week that the UN Security Council imposed a new round of sanctions on Tehran, defence sources in the Gulf say that Riyadh has agreed to allow Israel to use a narrow corridor of its airspace in the north of the country to shorten the distance for a bombing run on Iran.
To ensure the Israeli bombers pass unmolested, Riyadh has carried out tests to make certain its own jets are not scrambled and missile defence systems not activated. Once the Israelis are through, the kingdom's air defences will return to full alert.
"The Saudis have given their permission for the Israelis to pass over and they will look the other way," said a US defence source in the area. "They have already done tests to make sure their own jets aren't scrambled and no one gets shot down. This has all been done with the agreement of the [US] State Department."

Bible scholars 100’s of years ago knew Russia would be attacking Israel—when it seemed impossible.
Scripture is clear . . . in one translation . . . the prophecy speaks of
THE NORTHERN MOST country from Jerusalem. Russia is the only one that fits.

It may well be that there are more Communists in the USA than authentic such in Russia presently.

The Israelis prevent the maniac from attacking the Saudis. If the Israelis take him out and the Iranians throw over the regime, then they will have taken out the second in the axis of evil. Then the Chinese can deal with North Korea.

If Iran is neutralized, then the Suadis could likely break the back of their own Wahabi clerics who likely stifle the ability of Saudi Arabia to modernize more. Iran is a base for them to operate and a ‘back up.’ If I were a member of the Saudi family, then I would be more than happy to eliminate the ‘base’ and then deal with the radical clerics afterwards.
The radical clerics will also lose a major supporter and the royals can get them more under control.
The Al-Sauds will likely be able to deal with the extremists more easily. This will help them in the long run, just you see.
Ummmm...it's the Iranians who are Shia. The Saudis are Sunni.
Plus I am sure that they are sick and tired of all the bombing, the shootings, the acts of terrorism that keep the countries destabilized.
Would prince turki lose his diplomatic immunity in such an event?

Historically we have been kind to deposed folks seeking asylum within our borders.

So now we know all the turbulence between the U.S. and Israel is in part diagreement about an Israeli strike, and partly manufactured disagreement to give the U.S. diplomatic cover.
