New EPA Regulations Have Dairy Farmers Crying Over Spilled Milk

New EPA regulations have some Northern Michigan dairy farmers crying over spilled milk.

The Environmental Protection Agency intends to classify milk as a hazardous waste; in the same category as oil.

That means, farmers would have to come up with an oil spill prevention plan which could cost them thousands of dollars.

The Senate Agricultural Committee passed a resolution today urging the EPA to take back those regulations.

They intend to control private food production.

Think about it. They’re trying to control energy, healthcare, and food.

That’s pretty much IT, as far as individual liberty goes.

It was a sorry day when Nixon got it into his head to create that atrocity.

Regulating the environment is not an enumerated power listed in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution therefore the EPA is unconstitutional and needs to be abolished!

While I already thought the EPA was run by power drunk lunatics, this really hammers it home.

We’ll all have to use Sippy Cups, lest we spill milk at the kitchen table and have to evacuate the house till the Haz-Mat team sanitizes the house.

I had to go to the site and listen to the video, check the site to make sure it was a real news site before I could believe what I was hearing. I can’t believe this isn’t satire.

Just what Kagan wanted ... She described how the president could do this, control America through regulation. Look up her article "Presidential Administration".

Bludgeon the American people into slavery with debt, regulations and an oppressive bureaucracy. And that is exactly what Odummer is doing.

If Congress didn't say we can't, then yes we can. Stands the whole government by the people on it's head.

And of course, people starved as a result.

Starving people are a GOOD THING if you’re a tyrant.

I generally avoid cussing these days, not part of the plan. As for the EPA’s plan to categorize milk as a hazardous material in order to gain control over & regulate it:

THE EPA CAN GO MILK THEMSELVES!

I strenuously disagree with them.
