Washington, D.C., June 9, 2010. Saying that the Army has made it “impossible for me to present a defense” at the Article 32 “preliminary hearing” previously scheduled for June 11, 2010, Lt. Colonel Terrence Lakin has officially waived –cancelled—that proceeding. Therefore, the case will move inexorably on to a General Court Martial. The punishment for the charges filed against LTC Lakin carry a maximum term of four years in the penitentiary. Lakin expects the trial to be held in the early fall, but this has yet to be determined. The next step will be the formal referral of the charges by Lakin’s Commanding General, Major General Carla Hawley-Bowland, followed by his arraignment before a Military Judge, both of which are expected before the end of June.
Lakin, through his legal defense team, requested the testimony of Dr. Chiyome Fukino of the Hawaii Dept. of Health, and all of that agency’s records that exist concerning the president’s birth. Lakin had also requested the testimony of the custodians of records of, and the records relating to Obama’s admission and financial aid that exist, of the Punahou School, Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School. All these requests were also summarily denied, leaving Lakin without any ability to mount a defense at the hearing. However, in that this hearing was preliminary in nature in the first place, Lakin will renew his requests to the Military Judge at the appropriate time.
Lakin also released a new 5-minute video on Youtube explaining why he believes there are reasonable arguments that President Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief. The video can be viewed at http://www.safeguardourconstitution.com/video2.html.

In times like this, the Colonel should be in jail as a enemy of the state, which he is, in so much that the state is populated with lying, thieving scum, and served by legions of willfully blind toadyies that have sold themselves for dross.

LTC Terry Lakin has tried in vain to get the same verification from our President that he has been asked to provide countless times in his career, for many jobs, and to obtain a security clearance for the trusted positions he has held within the U.S. Armed Forces.
He has put his life on the line all over the world and served with honor, and will be glad to do so again, but only under a Commander in Chief he knows is legally eligible to lead.
LTC Lakin has questioned the President's "natural born" status, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution's Article II, Section 1. After months of seeking answers, he has not received a definitive response either from the Department of Defense or from his Congressional delegation that would assure him of the President's Constitutional eligibility."
Why would you promise to pay the legal bills of someone and then turn around and ask for money to pay for the bills. Something is going wrong here. Plus, he is in the military and can use a military lawyer for free. I know because one of my guys just went to court martial and it was free. Something stinking going on here.
Alumna Major General Hawley-Bowland Visits Creighton
Creighton University welcomed alumna Major General Carla G. Hawley-Bowland to campus and the School of Medicine on March 22.
In September 2006, MG Hawley-Bowland took command of the US Army’s Pacific Regional Medical Command / Tripler Army Medical Center, and became the Command Surgeon for U.S. Army Pacific.
MG Hawley-Bowland is the first female Medical Corps General in the history of the United States Army. In addition to this assignment, MG Hawley-Bowland assumed the responsibilities as Chief, United States Army Medical Corps in August 2006.
MG Hawley-Bowland and her husband, retired Colonel Warren Bowland, (in photo to the right) graduated together from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1978 and are both still practicing their specialties.
Classmate Steve Lanspa, M.D., Associate Dean, Clinical Affairs, and President, Creighton Medical Associates, was pleased to give them a tour of the Creighton University Medical Center while they were in Omaha.
Dr. Lanspa commented, "Looking back, it's interesting to see how the different leadership styles Carla and Warren honed as students have served common values during their careers. It's a lesson to our students, we want you to bring an extra dimension to the practice of medicine."
During MG Hawley-Bowland's visit to campus, she gave a formal presentation regarding her time at Creighton and her Army career to faculty, staff and students at Creighton's School of Medicine. She spoke to students specifically about the opportunities available through the Health Professions Scholarship Program.
MG Hawley-Bowland also took some time to visit in a small group session with current Creighton medical students and answer their questions. Look at post #8, or read the "Key Documents" on the lower right side of the site, for proof that he DID try to go through the proper channels...back in early/middle 2009!
They, the military brass AND his elected "representatives" (essentially) ignored him, like they've ignored the rest of us who have sought the proof the "one" is indeed a "Natural Born Citizen" as the Constitution requires.

What else would a proper channel be? Ask up your chain who tells you to shut up and obey the CIC who you are sure is illegal? Ultimately his argument is that Obama *is not* his commander in chief due to ineligibility. For there to be a case, he must disobey an order. Then it can be tested in court.
Same as if he walked in one day and a high school ROTC kid was there in the commanders office, issuing orders. He has a right to know if this is legitimate. He has a legal obligation not to obey orders he believes to be illegal.
You can’t drive down the road with out the ‘proper’ gov stickers on your car. You can’t put up a tool shed without papers.
But that is for the little people.
His civilian attorney, Paul Jensen, isn't working for free.
The only thing "stinking" in this case is the fact that Barry Soetoro, the usurper, would rather see a distinguished military career ruined than offer up the proof that he is in fact a "Natural Born Citizen" that the Constitution REQUIRES he be.
He has the option to seek out civilian lawyer(s) to represent him and he also has a military lawyer.
What do you think will come out of this? Five years in Levenworth? I mean do you seriously believe that Obama will be placed on the stand? This is not going to turn out well. The only thing MAYBE is that he might be able to write a book on his experience and go on a talk show circut and finally perhaps get a job on Fox News as a commentator sorta like Oliver North did (yes very different situation but the results could certainly be the same).
What would the “proper channels” be, pray tell?
