I believe he will loose his case in the military courts. I believe LTC Lakin believes that as well.
I don't believe the military courts can answer weather someone born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England is a natural born citizen of the U.S.
IMO, Lakin and his civilian attorney seek to get his cause to SCOTUS for such a determination.

And yes, probably a short sentence and bad conduct discharge. The careerist commissioned officers on “auto-suck” will make sure Obama is protected from this brave man.
He will get as much respect from our military leaders as Michael New did.
Our military has my deepest respect, but our senior military leadership only almost universally worthy of the highest contempt. All this officer will do is force other officers to identify themselves as the cowards they are.
My prediction is that he will be convicted and cashiered, but won't do any jail time.
