does it take a god to stop the gulf spill? no. but timely action would have made a radical difference on the extent of the problem.
weeks and months of inaction also have a radical impact on the extent of the damage.

Conservatives never thought he was a God - what we are doing is pointing out the utter hypocrisy of the liberals who thought Bush was a God and could control hurricanes. Government is inefficient and incompotent in 90% of cases and this is just further proof that Government and Obama or any elected official isn’t a God.
If I recall the left made paintings and sculptures of the guy as a Messiah and his following/fandom was cult-like and freaky.
