Welcome Sick Twisted Freaks!

It’s a morning thread, so bring your coffee and doughnuts!

FRink Phrases:

"Cloward and Piven"

“Blow your mind”

“Fatty fat fatso”

“Having an ADD moment”

“That’s FANTASTIC!”

And of course anytime Pat does his Arlen Specter voice is cause to FRink!

Feel free to FReepmail any suggestions to add to the list!

ENJOY!

I refuse to watch Bill any longer. He always comes through to support big government socialism in the eleventh hour..it never fails. I won't be a sucker any longer. I think he is a sheeple herder who wants to lead conservatives into the big government trap.

We currently live 2.5 miles from the closest grocery store, but only about 1 or 1.5 miles from the closest pharmacy and quick-e-mart. We were just amused that that was a selling point!

:D

We have never lived in a rural area before, but relatives have. It’s going to take a little getting used to!

Also, if I may chime in about rural living...
BE HUMBLE!
Even nowadays we still have folks from the cities move here and act like we’re all a bunch of dumb hicks! Ridiculous! We really, really hate that kind of behavior.
Keep a low profile. Be kind and grateful. Be friendly.

We ain’t stupid...just right real smart in stuff city folks can’t comprehend. It’s a different kinda smart.
: )

LOL, Oh I know. Another good one is “well already drilled”.

Also, “property is mostly level” usually means it’s all hills!

Phrases like “quaint” or “charming” are indicators that the place is an antiquated dump.

A few years ago, we were looking at apartments for rent, and we learned that “gourmet” really meant “tiny”! LOL!

I hope you all fall in with a good crowd. Nice thing about rural...we tend to be more conservative/libertarian!

I know your kids will enjoy the space and freedom.

“gourmet”??? Now that’s quite a stretch! That’s a new one on me.

Gourmet kitchens, I mean. Forgot that part.

To: ConjunctionJunction

LOL, I figured that’s what you meant.
You’d think that would mean a nice roomy kitchen rather than a tight space.

Feel free. I have reasonably tough skin after being on FR for 15 years.

You would think so, but after we looked at a couple “gourmet” kitchens, we learned that it was really code for the opposite of what we thought!

LOL..FR is like an initiation by fire. You know we will tell you the truth.

Today you can sit back at home and watch yourself on the tube. How weird is that? I freak out when I type something wrong on a thread. No way I'm ever putting my face out there. Thanks for being brave enough to do all this for us.

If you ask me, BOR bends over backwards and twists like a contortionist in order to be fair to the left.

BOR is way too generous and complacent and respectful to the left.
