I couldn't believe it when I heard Katie Couric last night read excerpts of things Kagan had written when she clerked for Thurgood Marshall.
Hope that is how you spell his name. She has very liberal leanings.
Does anyone know if those papers are available online?

I have taken a quick scroll through the Clinton Library papers. I have yet to find one that she wrote. I have seen lots of letters, emails and notes from others that apparently ended up on her desk. I see some underlines and very brief notes.
If anyone can find papers that originated with her please tell us what box it was found in.
