Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh is set to marry his longtime girlfriend, Kathryn Rogers, next week in an intimate ceremony at his beachfront home in Palm Beach, Fla.
Limbaugh, 59, met 33-year-old Rogers, a direct descendant of Founding Father John Adams, in 2004 when she ran a golf tournament/charity fundraiser and Limbaugh was a celebrity guest, Jose Lambiet reports in his column in the Palm Beach Post.
At the time, Limbaugh was getting divorced from third wife Marta. That split was finalized later that year, and Limbaugh and Rogers were an item by the summer of 2007.

I hope Rush has the happiness he deserves. I hope that she realizes the treasure she’s marrying. I’m 30, but I would totally marry Limbaugh, because I respect him as a man. So let’s not assume she’s after his money.

I really feel he’s making a mistake, why doesn’t he just remain single and not risk going through another ugly divorce? The man just can’t keep his marriages intact, I hope he got a prenup. But, who knows maybe this one will work out, I hope so for Rush’s sake.

Rush loves to travel all over the world to different golf courses such as New Zealand. Now he has a great golfing companion. I’ll be shocked if she doesn’t golf. Rush has prolly been taking her on travels for a few years and golfing too.

I don’t understand that complaint.
Everyone seems to think that you talk about the things that your ‘generation’ is into, and that’s a bunch of hooey.
The other day I bumped into the father of a classmate of mine. Not met him before. We got into talking about politics from back when he was younger. He’s got at least 35 years on me.
I personally find things from the 50’s to be interesting, and far more interesting than anything from today. Most folks my age couldn’t care less, can’t hold a conversation about anything. Act like a fish out of water, when asked to turn off their games.
And I’m supposed to act interested in them, just because we happen to share a birthdate? Please! I prefer to spend time with people who can understand the things I’m talking about. Younger, older, I don’t care.

He’s 59, no kids. I sympathise with Rush wanting to have kiddos of his own. This makes far more sense to me IMHO than most of the marriages that are around.
See, my first thought when I looked at her was: “She say’s she’s 33? 33 plus 10 maybe....”

Rush seems like the kind of man who would treat his lady with kindness and courtesy. That is very easy to love.
