He obviously “mis-spoke”. And regrets it very much.

I’m interested to know what law Obama broke. I don’t have a legal background on this and I’m curious about this law. I’m not saying he didn’t break the law, I just want to understand it.

The Administration uses Quid pro quo, and other tools of corruption, to stack any deck it happens to want to play with. Eventually the evidence of this widespread behavior is going to come to light.

Time to start repeppering Robert Gibbs about this daily, as he's had adequate time to fabricate an answer after weeks of stalling before it disappeared without one.

Toomey should threaten to call hearings if elected. He needs to keep this in the news and bring it up in debates.

I’m going to disagree with those on the thread who say the media will cover this up or will allow the regime to cover it up. After all, why ask the question on the most prominent Sunday talk show? There was no need to ask that question because they already knew the answer. Sestak had made the claim some time ago. Obviously, someone wanted to air the claim again. No question on those shows is accidental.

And Sestak will immediately fall in line and vote the way Pelosi and Obama want him to. Was it Rush or Sean the other day who said that there are no DINO’s. Probably Rush.

Nothing will come of it, folks. You could have a hi-def video of Obama and Sestak face to face, with Obama offering the job, and nothing would come of it. It would probably air only on Fox. The law only applies to Republican politicians. Try to imagine a Republican doing what Sandy Berger did.

One more thing: We conservatives are placing an awful lot of hope in the November elections, for obvious reasons. But if the batch of incoming Republicans doesn’t have a LOT more spine than the current bunch, don’t expect dramatic change.

“Yeah, he replied. “I was asked that question months after it happened. And I felt an obligation to answer it honestly. I said, ‘yes.’ — LIFE FLASHES BEFORE EYES while contemplating the hit being placed on him via Democratic rent-a-thugs —
Asked what job, Sestak said: “No, no
and I said at the time, anything beyond that just gets into politics.”
