Pee-wee Herman is getting ready for his next big adventure: Broadway.
Pee-wee, aka known as Paul Rebuens, will start his six-week run at the Stephen Sondheim Theater in New York starting Oct. 26, according to Broadwayworld.com.
The Broadway limited engagement follows the 57-year-old's comeback earlier this year with his acclaimed stage play "The Pee-wee Herman Show" at the Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles. The stage show is a revised version of a play he performed in the '80s, and features characters from the popular CBS television show, Pee-wee's Playhouse, including Cowboy Curtis, Chairry, Pterry the Pterodactyl, Jambi the Genie and Miss Yvonne.

Perhpas not that long at all...
Still, my day has been made a little lighter by the inclusion of this thread.
I can understand why some folks will groan, but there is humor in here somewhere...

Casting for the Broadway show has yet to be announced. I might go see it if he hires on CT Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, Chris Matthews and Charlie Rangel and he makes them dress up in bunny suits.

Will it be safe to have Pee-Wee sitting behind you when you watch this one?

Oh now now.. Pee Wee is funny.. “Pee Wee’s BIG Adventure” is a great movie to watch for just zoning out with something light and a great stress reliever.
