Will Congress and the courts act? If not then WHO WILL enforce the Constitution?
OATH KEEPERS take notice!
To: USALiberty
"...WHO WILL enforce the Constitution?" This administration is now operating outside of the boundaries of the constitution and beyond the will of the people.
This country is now treading on new ground. How the people act and react from this point on will determine the future of the United States of America and the destiny of the entire world.
Welcome to a new event horizon. Chose your moves wisely.

My perception of this exercise is that it was all too dismissible. I think there’s more too this than that, and that bothers me.
Not just OathKeepers, but everyone should take notice. This manchild is intent on taking this nation down. Is that what you voted for? (Conservatives will answer a quick no, but even people who voted for this lout are beginning to wake up.)

Banana Republic. That’s what we are today & ONLY a true revolution will bring us back to the real US of A.

Given that the federal government has gone rogue, what keeps the states from peeling off and reorganizing under the Constitution as written? We could set up a new capital (let's put it in ALASKA!). In short order, the Kenyan would be left presiding over California, Vermont, Hawaii and maybe a few more states that stayed in the old union. This would work because probably 90% of the military would pledge its loyalty to the Constitution and join the reorganized union. I don't see myself getting excited about the GOP this fall unless its candidates start talking about secession as a real option -- unless, of course, our Supreme Court grows a pair and follows the lead of Honduras.

There are true revolutions of different forms. So I wish for the one that is less than what you may be thinking of. We can turn this around if people focus.
I hear your frustration though, and I share it.

Ever wonder why the Pubs roll over and die so easily when they clearly have the upper hand?
It's because for them to stand up would expose the Punch and Judy show they (Punch and Judy) have been playing on all of US!

Manning, undeterred, says, "The ball is their (Congress') court. The verdict is in, the trial is over. "Of course they (Congress) will try and ignore it and hope I will go away. .. but anyone who knows me knows I will not go away."
Manning probably understands that he is perpetrating an event that is not going anywhere. However, he is getting the word out to the inner city folks. And that is good news that warms my heart.

Being that the constitution is a "living document" and open to interpretation, it turns out that this court is just as valid as the supreme court...even more so...because I feel like progressing there. People who disagree with me are simply not interpreting the constitution for today, and are being stuck in the bigotries of the past, and are probably responsible for slavery, nazism, and all war.
Note to liberals...the above is a sample of how dumb you sound to the rest of us.

Is there a video of this anywhere?

Truth is, Blacks are suffering more under POTUS Barack Hussein Obama then any other POTUS. Black unemployment is higher, Black owned house foreclosures are at record levels, Black children are forced to attend schools run by union teachers who care only about their pockets and benefits and not education for these kids. Obama, along with his socialist Democrat Party is insuring that American Blacks and their children remain at the bottom of the economic totem pole forever. That is what socialist, communist and facist do folks.

So, I guess he is taking the “or to the people” part seriously.

Pastor Manning has a video of the news conference available on his website.

From what I understand, he is now going to try and get congress to act upon the evidence brought forth from the trial. I believe they are still working on the transcripts of the trial, not sure if there is video.

Even WND is dismissive of his “trial” by putting it in quotation marks.
