This guy rocks. He should run for President. Awesome.
Florida RINO Repubs by contrast are cowards, fairies, mommies boys and madecons.
Do it!!! Do away with that ‘dual citizenship’ BS too!
“Every Person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”
Senator Jacob Howard,
co-author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, 1866.
It’s time someone else takeover as outhouse to the world. Arizonans are tired of it.

Keep it going, baby!
You have 70+% of the USA behind you!
This is a GREAT idea whose time has come!
Absolutely awesome! Arizona is kickin!
So overdue. If they do that they’ll all leave the state which will force other states to finally come to grips with the problem.
BUMP!!!
You do not have to change the 14th Amendment to do this. All you have to do is pass a law.
The key phrase is "subject to the laws there of".
Yes! let’s go all the way. Let’s finish this now once and for all.
Go AZ ! I’ve heard there are many states behind you and may soon
enact the same law.
Great idea. Unfortunately we had 8 years of GOP leadership, several with majorities in both houses, and we didn’t do a thing, unless you count recklessy spending our way into the minority. We did that well. I hope the Tea Party scares the survivors of the coming purge so badly they will actually do something substantial.
Please let it be. America would be a much better place if this right was rescinded.
We can’t stop...he’s right. We’ve been marginalized for years.. WE ARE THE MAJORITY and we will be silent no longer. ... Arizona is kicking ass and taking names and I’ve never been more proud of my State...ARIZONA!!! WOOHOO!!!

In Nearly All Wealthy and Emerging Nations Have Eliminated Birthright Citizenship We Should, Too in Business Week on July 24, Roy Beck, executive director of NumbersUSA, wrote: Maternity tourism is just the beginning of the silliness of birthright citizenship that goes to the babies of foreign students, temporary foreign workers, international travelers and the millions who break the law to criminally enter this country. ...
This is a huge impediment to efforts to stabilize U.S. population to allow for environmental sustainability. And it is a great incentive for more illegal immigration.
Each of these babies becomes an anchor who retards deportation of unlawfully present parents and who eventually will be an anchor for entire families and villages as chain migration leads to the immigration of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Birthright citizenship is an antiquated practice that has been abandoned by nearly all wealthy nations and emerging nations (recently India and Indonesia) and by the majority of poor nations.

Sen. Russell Pearce is right on this - it’s uncommon common sense.
Does anybody seriously believe that passing an Arizona law can deprive anyone of US Citizenship?
Go Arizona!
