A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.
John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports. "I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution," Morton told the newspaper. The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws. The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not "good government," Morton said.

At 10 or more, employer is required to send a copy of the W-4 to the IRS within 30 days.
I think you would get the same result with 9.

Illegal got turned loose after being in jail for 30/60 days, etc.
After ICE refused to help the sheriff here in Missouri he took the illegals to the county line, pointed west and said "Bank of America that way."
He maybe a small town sheriff, but he has more sense and works harder at his job than our federal government. He removed them from his jurisdiction and sent them packing.

You are so right and many of us see a microcosm of this every day at work with black employees, not all of them of course, but there are some who are in positions they can’t handle and they abuse their subordinates and yet nothing can be done, because in our society they have become “untouchable”. It is pretty damn discouraging. We are being taken over and I don’t like it one bit. We have reverse racism.
Texas is looking for a known terrorist that is coming into Texas via Mexico right now. The Regime is putting Americans at risk of a terrorists attack. In other words, bend over and kiss your rectum goodbye thanks to Zero and his Gestapo in Congress.
Part of the problem we have here folks is the lack of an opposition party.
Cause this Sunday and as soon as possible, every pub should be out and uttering the loud and clear talking point that the federal government is refusing to do its number one job....PROTECTING THE BORDERS.
Hell, I’ll help the pubs out here...mention that the job of the federal gubmint is NOT to decide when you’ve had enough wealth, mention that the federal gubmint hadn’t oughta be forcing you to buy health insurance, then say again that protecting the country is the job of the federal gubmint, then quote that guy from ICE.
Mention that Americans understand such as fences as walls, show some sound bytes of those admin folks saying they didn’t even read the Arizona bill, mention the polls overwhelmingly in favor of AZ....

Show a couple close ups of those Dems standing and cheering that idiot who came to our country to talk nasty about one of our states. Maybe state the simple fact that the president is president of ALL the states and fueling notions of boycotts amongst the states is NOT a good thing.

I think he’s terrible. Lawsuits against him all the time. False arrests of elected officials. And now flagrant violation of legally issued subpoenas for financial records.
They’ve pretty much turned the Constitution inside out -
they refuse to do those things that are mandated,
and insist on doing those things that are prohibited.
Enforecement of the law is now predicated on political party, whim and bribery.
...interference with elections in Philly.
...tacit consent of murder by illegals of citizens of the US.
...all call for no borders at all on US soil.
...no mirandizing & indefinite holding of US citizens.
...mirandizing terrorists...even in their own languages.
...ROE that promotes self-immolation or other death wish in theatre.
How many data points do we need to see the deconstruction of the US by intent, subterfuge and criminal activity on the part of government officials entrusted with our lives, liberties and the pursuit of happiness?

Most of the money from this will go to education. All we needed to do was to get the illegals out of our education system and out of the US.

Only because we are a nation of laws. Obama is demonstrating that the law is to be applied selectively and is what he says it is. The legal system is losing its legitimacy and the social fabric is disintegrating. States with common enemies and interests need to form alliances to protect themselves against enemies foreign and domestic.
If they won’t take em then AZ could put them to work building a WALL.
Sheriff Joe could arrange it, lots of tents right on the border, stripped suits and shovels.
