Of course.
The fact you couldn't answer a simple question speaks much more loud and clear.
Gogeo, if that’s the best you have, someone should tell you you’re firing blanks.
Go off and pester someone else with your third grade level logic.
Wow, it’s almost like Deja Vu all over again... ;-)

Funny hugh... ;-)
Rewrite!
Funny huh... ;-)
I never thought I would see the day Rush’s own words would be used against Sarah Palin.
;-)
The funniest thing I have seen in years was that satirical parody of.......you know who!
“Now, back to the issue of influencing policy. I had hoped Palin could influence some policy. What has been revealed by her backing MeCain against a better man, is that she was quite comfortable with MeCains policy.”
The fact is, that many of us voted for McCain for president in spite of the fact that we hated him and disrespected him.
For myself, I voted for him knowing he was a worthless RAT but feeling pretty sure he was going to die within the next year or so and we’d have Palin as our president.
Frankly, I had determined not to vote for him, in the general until Sarah came on board. If McCain had run without her and Clinton had been the Dem nominee, I would have voted for Hillary... I’m still convinced Hillary would have been to the right of McCain.
I suspect you voted for McCain as well and you also thought he was a son of a bitch as well...
So you could say that we both, along with most others on this forum supported McCain. We all had our reasons...
She's doing a good job as a cheerleader and fund raiser (nothing wrong with that, of course), but that's about it.
She is not following anyone.
That's difficult to know, either way.
Don’t want to belabor the point, but if she’d just given the speech ??? Who would have been listening? McCain put her on the map.
He did it for selfish reasons and when he lost, he blamed her, and yet he used her again when he asked for her support, which she had to give or look like the world’s biggest ingrate.
But, he did put her on the map.
Obama gave a keynote speech at the 2004 DNC. He is now POTUS. Clinton gave a horrible speech at the ‘88 Convention, and won in ‘92. So it can be effective.
Being the winning VP does very little to advance one’s political career. Being the loser? We’ll have to see.
My point is that, if becoming POTUS was her ambition, she should have declined the Veep slot, given the speech, remained Gov of AK, got reelected, and run in 2012.
If she is content to contineu to be a wonderful voice of reason against the current fascist regime, then it’s all good. But she has paid a personal price.
It was funny. I do grow weary of leftist parodies of our people though, while theirs run stark raving mad across the tundra.
Thanks for the reasoned response.
About seven years ago, I extended grace to a gubernatorial candidate, just like you did MeCain. Seven years later and my state is barely on life support.
The worst part of it all, how do I go to any sane person and tell them Republicans are better? This idiot and I proved that isn’t true. In fact, he proved me an idiot. So no I didn’t vote for the MeCain POS.
For the first time in 40 years of voting, I left the top spot blank. And when the Republican party runs another Leftist prick in 2012, I’ll do the same damned thing. I don’t care if they get down to 1% of the vote. Some new party will jump in and I’ll be able to vote in good conscience again. Not until I can, will I.
I didn’t vote for Bush either the first time. I knew our borders were going to be the death of us if we didn’t pull our heads out and take action. Look where we are today.
In 2004 I did hold my nose and vote for Bush. And he proceeded to push for ‘not an amnesty’ amnesty, the drug addition to Medicare et all. He pushed TARP through. He set up $300 billion for Obama to spend as soon as he was sworn in.
Nah, I’m just not voting for RINOs any longer. Life is too short. If our nation has to be taken down, then lets just let them do it guick and get on with the fix. And as part of that fix, I hope some of the people who ushered this in get their just rewards.
Truth is, they’ll be off with their stolen treasure in some distant land, getting a tan, sipping a brewsky, and playing ring the bell all night long.
“Truth is, theyll be off with their stolen treasure in some distant land, getting a tan, sipping a brewsky, and playing ring the bell all night long.”
God will get em.
I appreciate your response, and I have no problem with your position.
You’ve heard the passion in Palin’s positions. Is it faked? I don’t think so... My guess is that McCain makes her sick just as much as he does you and I. Why she thought she needed to support him, I’ve not a clue. My guess is that she thought it would kill any chance for her to serve if she did not. In reality, ever since her “endorsement”, I’ve heard not a peep out of her regarding McCain. I don’t think she’s helped him much, nor do I think it was her intention to.
It actually disturbed me more that she endorsed Carly because I really hate her with a passion (being an HP retiree). However, I know Carly. Palin obviously doesn’t...
“her fealty to the GOP comes before any conservative principles”
I see what you are saying. I’ll think on it, thanks.
