Laura Bush: George Now Has A ‘Man Cave’
He doesn’t have a White House staff making the coffee anymore, but former President George W. Bush now has a man cave.
That was among the revelations made by former First Lady Laura Bush on “Fox News Sunday,” where she appeared to plug her new book “Spoken from the Heart.”
The Bushes’ new home in suburban Dallas boasts a satellite dish. “We have the huge-screen TV. That was one of the first things we bought and put upstairs in George’s man cave, that we call it, the one big room that’s upstairs, and where his desk is and his computer. And that’s where he likes to watch the Texas Rangers every night,” Laura Bush said.

Hey, how about some equal space in the home? LOL I have a nice woman cave. I worked hard to research and equip our family room with a big 65” Mitsubishi, beautiful home theater wall unit, leather sofa, leather recliners, Sony Blu-Ray, and before that an HD DVD, surround . . . and then I added the Wii. The room was taken over by my kids and husband and I was left to the master bedroom watching a crappy 27” analog . . . so one Mother’s Day weekend I ordered my big 50” Sony SXRD . . . so now I have my beautifully furnished bedroom, family photos on the walls, lighted curio cabinets with many of my fru-fru things. Ah life is good. LOL
