BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Seneca Nation of Indians welcomed President Barack Obama to Buffalo with protesters in the street and a full page ad in the local newspaper saying he broke his promise to honor treaties when he signed a law that will devastate the Indian tobacco trade and put thousands of people out of work in Western New York.
The ad was in the form of an open letter.
“Dear Mr. President, Last fall you invited Native American leaders to Washington, D.C. and promised to listen to our concerns and respect our treaty rights. You pledged meaningful consultation and dialogue before any changes in federal policies impacting Indian Country.
“Your words instilled confidence and hope in the hearts of the Seneca people. We believed your pledge to make tribes full partners in the economy and give Indian children a shot at the American Dream. But, Mr. President, you failed to keep your word,” the ad said.

The old Sioux chief sat in his reservation hut, smoking the ceremonial pipe, eying the two US government officials sent to interview him.
“Chief Two Eagles,” one official began, “you have observed the white man for many generations, you have seen his wars and his products, you have seen all his progress, and all his problems.”
The chief nodded.The official continued, “Considering recent events, in your opinion, where has the white man gone wrong?”

“When white man found this land, Indians were running it. No taxes. No debt. Plenty buffalo. Plenty beaver. Women did most of the work. Medicine man free. Indian men hunted and fished all the time.”
The chief smiled, and added quietly, “White man dumb enough to think he could improve system like that.”
I wonder if they’ll blame it on his white side.
In other words, they’re of the “wrong tribe” to be gettin’ any help from THIS president.
More and more are beginning to realize that King Obama is a hard core communists Muslim and is only interested in his effort to build slaves for his empire. Indian treaties, forget it. Maybe the Indians should band and put on some war paint. Nothing is going to stop this communists because he is an arrogant empty suit just following his communists friends in his corrupt empire.
Aren’t these the guys who gave him an official club membership with their tribe? I thought they made him a “warrior” or a chief and named him “Black Crow” or something like that. I know he’s not qualified to be a medicine man. He’s dumber than a box of rocks when it comes to that stuff. I’m going to have to go back and look that up.
