It’s rigged...if it were real, NO votes would be more...

I believe this is rigged. I voted on one PC and then switched to my other one, and the ‘NO’ total did not change.

Agree, the counts aren’t changing. My guess is that the doofus’ over at CNN are monitoring traffic coming from FR and are blocking the votes.

8-)

“It will become a cartoon station pretty soon.”

That would be a good thing. CNN isn’t worth anything else. Certainly isn’t a news station.

It’s entirely possible to program JS to deny based on referring IP. I wonder if we browsed to it from the CNN website if it would make it tick up?

I went to cnn.com and saw it on the bottom. It’s up to 209K and change now.

If CNN becomes a cartoon station, I request Bugs Bunny and Roadrunner. :)

First time I have been to their site since calling President Bush a liar. It did not feel good to be a click on their list, but I did vote “NO”!

And why do all his “brilliant” choices, always include someone with some sort of suspected “deviant or criminal” behavior? Or maybe it’s just birds of a feather flock together. I have a theory he chooses thusly so he can blackmail them later on into following his game plan, or risk exposure. (Massa comes to mind, but there are lots of others I am sure he has “the goods” on in other ways.)

CNN doesn’t get enough ratings to qualify as a legitimate news agency, therefore this poll is also illegitimate.

Still 54% yes, 46% no but the total count is up to 213807. Since this exceeds their viewership, doubt if it will change much.

Just added a no vote and the percentages are still the same. Given it's CNN and their audience, only 54% to 46% in favor is not a vote of confidence for Kagan.

Thats what it was for me too... I suspect that political operatives are voting on every computer they can find..

I think it is remarkably close for a liberal site
