(May 10, 2010) — The Post & Email has completed a follow-up interview of Attorney Andy Martin upon his return from a trip to Hawaii during which he filed a lawsuit against Hawaii officials, charging them with concealing evidence under the guise of “executive privilege.” Mr. Martin also revealed his plans to become involved in the Lt. Col. Lakin case as well as what his additional research yielded.

MRS. RONDEAU: I read your news release of May 6 in which you said that you are charging Governor Linda Lingle with “suborning election fraud.” Could you talk a little more about that?

Now what’s interesting is that when I do my news conference in New York on Tuesday, I am going to rattle a lot of cages, because I’m going to stick my nose in the Col. Lakin case in a way that no one has actually thought about it legally.

MRS. RONDEAU: Have they asked for your help?

MR. MARTIN: No. But that’s why I’m credible; I’m not involved. I’m not representing him; no one has paid me. But I have come up with the insight that no one else has. So the bottom line is that I think it’s probably going to happen on Tuesday. But the point is, when I stick my finger in the Lakin pie on Tuesday, it’s going to rattle a lot of cages in the Pentagon and in the White House.

MRS. RONDEAU: What time will that be?

MR. MARTIN: I don’t know yet, probably 1:00 p.m. or thereabouts."

No -- she's telling something that she is proscribed from telling by Hawaiian law without producing the documents behind what she is saying, so she is duplicitous and lawless and has shown that her words cannot be trusted.

It seems that everyone who steps forward for this usurper loses his/her credibility and leaps to the wrong side of the law.

I think you've hit on something here. Putting your comments about the Hawaiian officials and Andy Martin's comments about announcing a new legal tactic that he is about announce for Col Larkin, I came up with this idea.

At the Larkin courts martial or appeal , how about bringing the Governor of Hawaii and the health director in as expert witnesses to the NBC of Obama, as they are the only ones who have announced him qualified.

Well now for that matter, you could call Nancy Pelosi for her signing of the entry forms for Obama’s ballot in Hawaii.

I can’t help but think that we are falling into a BHO trap about all of this.I prefer to spend my time on health care, Israel, national security, etc. BTW, I think it’s a good thing that we have a Rep Gov in a blue state.

Like it or not, BHO and the dems won the election b/c of many things, one of which “good conservatives” like you won’t vote for RINOs - anyone who you deem not as conservative as you.

Let’s concentrate on wining elections.

Agreed. It’s too late at this point. Even if we succeed at kicking him out of office (at a gargantuan political cost), we are still stuck with Axelrod’s new puppet - Joe Biden. Better for the people to see Obama for who he really is than to see him as a victim of a Tea Party witch hunt.

No, she’s telling us something that isn’t even true on its face. She said Fukino stated that Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital. Fukino never said that. So straight off we know Lingle can’t even get the basic facts straight.

In reality, the HDOH has confirmed that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery and the best Hawaii has for Obama is an amended BC, which doesn’t qualify as prima facie evidence. By Hawaii law, neither Lingle nor Fukino CAN say where Obama was born because the claims on his BC are not considered legally credible by Hawaii’s standards.

Not only did they not care to stand up for the Constitution, some of them actually participated in deliberate crimes against the laws and the Constitution.

Just one example: Fukino had to REMOVE the Administrative Rules from her website during the election in order to be able to cover up for Obama. She had to deliberately break the law in order to do that. That’s not just a sin of omission; that is a sin of commission - a specific, deliberate act of law-breaking to cover for a man she knew was not only Constitutionally ineligible but was also guilty of crimes according to statutes.

When Leo Donofrio posted that he was going to request that OIP Director Paul Tsukiyama initiate disciplinary proceedings against both Fukino and Okubo, Tsukiyama was offered (a week later) a top job with a semi-governmental corporation on whose board of directors Fukino sits. Cathy Takase volunteered to take over everything and she has been calling all the shots since - including gagging Linden Joesting.

If I remember correctly, Takase was the OIP attorney that Leo had also suggested should be disciplined for breaking the OIP rule requiring that a requestor be informed of their right to appeal through the courts.

And Takase and the CEO (IIRC) of the corporation which hired Tsukiyama and has Fukino on the Bd of Directors both submitted written testimony in support of the “vexatious requestor” bill.

As somebody pointed out, Kapiolani is one of the hospitals associated with that corporation. Hmm. Makes me wonder when Obama signed the letter saying Kapiolani was his birthplace...

Exactly correct. To say it's OK that someone born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England is eligible to be our Commander in Chief is beyond absurd. The framers clearly would not have accepted a citizen of TWO countries (assuming HI birth) being considered a Natural Born Citizen. It's completely contrary to the term.

He must be exposed as the usurper he is before he sets a precedent. Over and over and over again, just like you said SatinDoll.

This effort to expose Barry as not being Constitutionally qualified pre-dates the Tea Party and includes some Democrats. Actually, this whole thing was primarily started by the Democrats.

How can a USURPER command our armed forces?
How can a USURPER sign any treaties with foreign governments?
How can a USURPER sign anything into law, let alone the health care monstrosity?

This is about enforcing the Constitution. As someone up-thread stated, it isn't a "pick and choose" document. Biden's politics indeed would terrible from a conservative perspective, but at the very least, he would be Constitutionally qualified and therefore not a usurper.
