Obama Supporter Leaves Him
Comment on a story about the Gulf Oil Leak | 5-8-10 | unknown

Posted on 05/09/2010 9:51:33 PM PDT by jonboy

I gave a donation to the Sierra Club a few days ago. My heart is broken as it is ALREADY too late. The damage is done and can only get worse if they cannot cap this horrendous leak. I am placing the blame not only on BP but on an administration I supported through thick and thin. I was willing to overlook the many many disappointments the Democratic base has been handed so willingly by this administration, to us the ones who loved him. My heart is sick as to the damage NOT ONLY to our gorgeous ecosystem but to the thousands in the seafood, fishing, tourist and many more industries this WILL kill.

Worse, the rig used evidently was a NO BID..yes let me say that again a NO BID contract with Halliburton?? Is what I am reading true? The buck for the policy though STOPS at our president's desk as yet again, yet one more time, yet SO many times now he has said one thing but does another. From the Wall Street fraudulent unregulated Goldman Sachs putrid mess to the putrid mess of BP in Louisiana. It's ALWAYS follow the money but in this one administration I THOUGHT maybe that would NOT be the case. How wrong was I? VERY!

I said to the Sierra Club secretary you watch this so called 3 ton fix to the leak AIN'T gonna work! Am I correct? I HOPE not. I WANT to be consummately wrong! Mr. President what have you done, sir? What have you done?

I thought that I might bring a little shot in the arm to a few of us looking to get rid of the Marxist thug's henchmen in November. How many are there out there like this person who is SICK of Obama for altogether different reasons than our patriotic history loving American Patriots.

For any of you who want to help me by signing a commitment to vote against the anti-democracy pro commie thugs backing Obama in November, here is a link to my Facebook group to do just this. Please sign up for it AND send it to your friends and family or them to it. Thanks. The Great American Vote Revolt: Commit NOW to Kick Them Out!!!

Notice he blames Halliburton. Can Chaney and Bush be far behind?

At least he blames O also. My take is that this accident or the results of it could have been much more easily fixed if drilling were not 50 miles out and not so deep.

I hope and pray they can fix it because it will cause a lot of pain to the environment and people, too. But not drilling is not a good option.

The other countries drilling close to our shores re not likely to be even close to as modern in drilling and as eco conscious. After all, if they goof just off our shores, why would they care?

Just a thought, but say a foreign country had an accident of this magnitude--just how would we make them pay for it?

It’s gotta be a fake story. I never give credence to “anonymous” on the internet.

I hate Obama but won’t let my personal animus toward allow me to believe this so-called “supporter” is a real person.

On the one hand, it is amusing that BO faces this backlash, such as he would gladly exploit were the shoes still on Republican feet.
On the other hand it is pathetically amusing that this ignoramus really believed (apparently) that the oceans would receded and little birdies would prevent any disaster from ever occuring on BO's watch.

Notice he blames Halliburton.

I also noticed that he picked up on a lot of innuendo espoused by the MSM. No Bid contract? Who cares!? Unregulated Goldman-Sachs? He hasn't a clue. The guy is not thinking straight, and to make matters worse he is being spoon fed BS to feed his emotions.

Let him give his life savings to the Sierra Club. He'd probably do it if he thought he could save a few pelicans.

He’s a whining pansy. Somebody tell him to go to his room if he’s going to embarrass the adults.

BP is a foreign-owned company.

It did not say it was anonymous. I did not put the name of the person or their user ID because I copied the comment last night and lost the story since.

Blaming Haliburton or anyone else for the blow-out is reaching at this point. It is like blaming the manufacturer for the explosion that almost doomed Apollo XIII.

These morons are pathetic! Halliburton is an oil services company. BP is a PRIVATE company who contracted Halliburton to cement the well.

This idiot thinks the government gave a no bid contract to Halliburton.

I remember reading this comment before so I must have read the same story you did and the comments with it. I’ll see if I can find it.

It’s too bad that it took an oil spill of all things to open this guy’s eyes. Taking over car companies, banks, mortgage companies, telling small businesses the time for profit is not now, saying at some point you’ve made enough money ~ NONE OF THAT opened his eyes???

Geez. I guess better late than never, but OMG how blind can these people be?
