Sessions probably will, he’s on the judicary committee. Hatch and Cornyn won’t - too spineless. And Grahamnesty surely won’t. I can’t remember the other Rs on the committee.

Next up will be Ginsberg who retires before 2012 due to “health reasons” so he can get 3 flaming liberals entrenched for the next 30 or so years.

On the CBS Evening News tonight, the reporter claimed that Kagan brought conservative professors to Harvard when she was in charge at Harvard Law.
Is this true? I for one would find this almost impossible to believe.

It's been reported when she was nominated for her present position....Would love it if she turned out to be conservative....Sort of like Stevens turned into a liberal.

Just visited our “buddies” over at DU, they are going ballistic claiming Obama wimped out by choosing Kagan who they say is a moderate with no judicial experience. Of course, I doubt anything short of an avowed Marxist would be sufficiently left for them.

The others don’t bother me nearly as much - as they’re work can almost always be undone. I’ll have to live out my life with this bitch on the court, and my kids and even future grand kids will have to live her decisions - long after she and all of her kids are gone (since she didn’t bother to have any).
