No, but being outnumbered doesn’t mean anything if you have the will to stand your ground, as is the case with Latinos who are minorities in black high schools and vice versa. Most white kids are cowards these days (which wasn’t the case, btw, back in the 1940s and 1950s in New York and elsewhere).

Actually it is and has been working, except for muslims and other illegal aliens. Most real immigrants do want to assimilate.
As currently configured, Washington isn't going to fix this...the states might. If they don't, it will be up to the people, who have already weighed in on the issue.
